★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a print job done - a simple one - off job of a logo printed on a t-shirt as a gift. I had planned to go to London Drugs but as I walked past this independent store I decided to walk in. It happen to be a half hour after closing but the owner was so busy that he hadn't realized the door was unlocked. Despite this he was very gracious and welcoming and took the time to suggest options and explain the process. I placed the order on the spot... The result - the following week I picked up my t-shirt which was just what I wanted - printed immaculately and looks great on the recipient! Professional correspondence via email and a proof you need to sign electronically before the job is completed - just to ensure you are happy and the task is clearly defined! A wonderful friendly service! We should support the smaller business man and stay away from the bigger corporations! I will definitely return for further business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stumbled upon this business with a backpack full of tee shirts some girlfriends and I made and was procrastinating getting logos made. Bryan talked me through all the options and in 20 minutes I had an order made at a price I was happy with. The order was completed on time and efficiently. Highly recommend these guys for large orders as they have the capacity and knowledge to handle it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store to purchase a Father’s Day gift for my boyfriend’s dad. Bryan took his time explaining different options for hats and designs, and he was very knowledgeable, patient and sincere. After everything was all said and done, I paid $100 of the total bill and would be paying the rest once I received the hat. An hour later, I contacted Bryan back to ask for a refund as my boyfriend did not agree on the price. Bryan explained to me why it was priced the way it was and was very helpful when it came to my refund. He wasn't sure if he could give me a refund because I couldn’t come back due to a chronic nerve pain disorder that I have (I had spent too much time on my feet that day), so he emailed me saying to come on Tuesday. I visited the store today, and it seemed as though I wouldn’t be getting a refund due to my card or the machine declining the return... but Bryan was so patient and kind! He waited for me to call my bank and then called the processing company!!! All while I was still there! He heard me when I said I had health issues, he was patient with the inconvenience I had given him, and he was always polite. The processing company told Bryan to have me wait a week, and if I didn’t receive the refund by then, that they would assist me further. I left without a refund today and smile on my face because of Bryan’s excellent customer service and problem solving skills. I wish more people in any profession could be like Bryan. Thank you, Bryan!!!

Working with Bryan has been wonderful and can't thank him enough for his patience, responsiveness and willingness to help us find exactly what we were looking for. A lot of work went into the final product and I can't thank him enough for all the support along the way. The COVID measures when we went to pickup were very considerate and I didn't feel like I was taking a risk at any time. I can't recommend these folks enough!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience working with the Instant Imprints team!!! We bulk ordered T-shirts. Bryan & Tamara were both very accommodating and always responded to our questions (even when we probably had too many!) in a timely fashion. The pricing was fantastic, and they took the time to educate us about different ways to improve our product (screen vs DTG printing) and labelling options. Thanks so much! Highly recommended. Will definitely order again with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in a bath robe to get embroidered as a gift for my Dad. It was very fluffy and didn’t turn out well at all with the graphic I chose. I didn’t know it would be an outline of a picture instead of the entire thing. I wished I hadn’t gone through with the first embroidery as it was an expensive robe.. But I purchased a new one and Bryan did the entire embroidery again for me. It turned out great, and he prioritized getting it done asap for me. I appreciate the effort to make the situation right! Great customer service from Bryan and one of his employees as well. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tamara at Instant Imprints helped me with some custom t-shirt printing for a fun, personal project. Even though it was a small quantity run (only 2 tank tops), she took the time to go over the various printing methods available and walked me through a ton of garment options, explaining what methods worked best based on the fabric composition. I was able to do further research on the Instant Imprints web catalog to shortlist the brand, size and colours.
After receiving my artwork files, I received a digital proof of my design on the garment along with the recommended dimensions/positioning. I made a couple of minor adjustments which Tamara made without extra charge and the finished product exceeded my wildest expectations. The garment, print quality (cut vinyl) and finishing were flawless and durable.
I highly recommend Tamara and the team at the West Broadway location and will definitely be back with more designs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to get some last minute custom Christmas gifts. Always a family favorite getting original/unique gift items.
I have used the store in the past for jerseys for hockey as well as getting a couple of custom canvas prints done. Good quality.
I have also purchased their banner printing and stand set. It's been used quite frequently for the last 2 years. Have not had issues with it.
Standard covid protocols. There's a hand sanitizer on entrance and the employees are wearing masks. It also looks like they have now masks and other covid related items too.
There is street parking and probably best to avoid rush hour. Otherwise getting there and finding parking isn't too bad.
Definitely would go back for printing needs. Great service
