What are the hours of this place?? It makes absolutely no sense for them to be a FedEx pick up location. If I am not home Monday-Friday during business hours to receive my package from FedEx, what makes you think I am able come here and pickup with the limited hours?? How silly!!! I requested my package be sent to another location with reasonable hours and FedEx still sent it here!

Unacceptable hours. I now have to leave work early to be able to pick up a package that I wasn’t home for because I was at work. Why are you not open on weekends or after work Hours so that the majority of the population can actually utilize your services for package pickup.

Went there on a Friday morning to get photos taken for Chinese passport renewal. They know the requirements very well and get the job done quickly. $28 CAD for 2 printed copy and a CD.

Showed up here this morning at 9 a.m. to get a package. told work that I'm going to be late - lo and behold I get here and they're not open till 10 it says 9 on Google it says 9 on FedEx websites can you change the hours so people aren't inconvenienced please?

I should have read the reviews before shipping a package thru this FedEx. Spent 80$+ to ship overnight, but instead they decide to keep it and set the package as β€œready for pick up” at the location? DO NOT GO HERE

Absolutely horrific logic. How can you be a package pickup point and not be open for even 2 hours on a weekend? Needed a package urgently for business and now will have to spend $200 extra to buy an item in person just to use for 2 days until we can pickup our shipment. Will be contacting fedex to remove you as their courier service.

I wish negative stars were possible. Do not use FedEx if you can at all avoid it. To summarize my most recent experience: -never actually attempted to deliver the package I ordered. No delivery attempt card receipt received, no missed calls, no attempt (I know as I didn’t leave my apartment this whole time as I had covid) -no notice in any form that the package was ready for pick up. The pick up location is open 9-530 Monday to Friday. I wasn’t able to pick up at first as I had covid, and then as I have a job - customer service is a robot. It always ends up asking for your tracking number and then gives you the same automated message, after about 30 minutes of pleading to speak to a human being you will then generally get put through to a human - I have now spoken to three customer service humans, after eventually getting past the robot. Both said the package would be sent out β€œthe next day” so to make sure I am home. Package never delivered, repeat the whole saga of trying to speak to a human, eventually getting through, being lied to, and then waiting for a package that never shows.

To say they were fast and efficient would be an understatement. I walked in to get a passport photo and within minutes I had the pictures in my hands. And I don’t know what kind of magic the lady has, but she somehow snapped one of the best photos of me I’ve ever seen!
