A	Anastasia Chetvertukhina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first negative review, but only because I want to warn people not to use this service. ⬇️ I had pretty bad experience with the shop. My company needed some labels to get printed for our client. Files were prepared in details by a professional print designer, and included die-cut edges. First, I was trying to get a quote from them by email. After sending them all the artworks to get an estimate (upon their request), and waiting for a few days for their reply, I received an email about this job being ready to pick up. Even though I never received neither estimate for approval nor the print proof. Second, after agreeing for the price post-factum, I tried to pick up my order. I was told that they are open Mon-Sat, and arrived according to their schedule. Imagine my surprise when I saw the location vacant, and nobody in there. I called them, and was told to whether arrive later this day because nobody was there, or the next day, to a different address (which was never mentioned anywhere). Lastly, when I arrived next day to pick up the job, I saw my artwork printed without die-cut edges! I was told that it's up to me whether to pick it up or not. I didn't receive any apologies for ruined result. Our project timeline is getting tight, so I had no choice but picking it up, pay for the job, and deal with what I have. People there are rude, and It doesn't seem like they care about the customer experience or results at all. They definitely lost another corporate client.

I’ve been printing the same document for 10 years (it’s a daytimer, so I go at regular intervals) on the self-serve computers, and every time the settings have changed. The owner would help me a little, and I would try to learn what he did, but each time it was different. I got frustrated and wrote a bad review. But then I went back and talked to Dave, and he showed me that it’s impossible to guarantee the settings, because customers change things on self-serve computers. But even though it’s difficult, Dave believes in making them available as part of good customer service. He had created a file for me with the second page inverted, but I misunderstood that I was supposed to use that file every time, and it was supposed to work with their computers. Actually, having one file regular and one file inverted gives me a ‘toolkit’ so I can print my daytimer, even if the settings have changed. It was an unusual solution, but it provided some flexibility in dealing with a rigid system that’s inherently chaotic. Dave’s not a technical guy, so it was a bit difficult to communicate about the problem. But he brings a lot of positive qualities to the business, and came up with a unique way of addressing the issue.

Today, I asked for clarification on my order and the staff yelled at me for not understanding him. I will no longer be a returning customer and I advise you to take your business elsewhere for peace of mind.

I really appreciate that they always answer their phone too and they’ve done rush jobs without any complaints. Will continue to use them over Staples or other printers.

We went through several rounds of testing with papers, laminations, and different inks to create a wonderful result ! Better and cheaper than Amazon. Inprint also respected our tight delay.
