D	D R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner here is very mean and racist. I've dropped several packages here as I have to for work and He's always been very rude to me despite being very friendly towards other specific clientele. Disappointing this behaviour is acceptable in Kitsilano‍.

I dropped off my package with a preprinted shipping label, the older man that took the package said it was fine and waved me off. I asked for a receipt of some proof of shipment and he said it wasn't needed. My own fault of course for trusting him, but now a week later I can't track it anywhere and it was lost/stolen. When I called the location to get some help I was told it wasn't their problem but the driver's issue that does pick ups. Sketchy, untrustworthy and should be audited by UPS. Unacceptable.

I was there to post 2 letters via UPS - the gentleman who was working there was rude, confused (or deliberately evasive) and had a very difficult time processing the transaction. He would not give me a tracking number and told me that he could not because it was a national holiday - it was not. Bizarre. I have no idea if my letters have made it out - and plan to contact UPS directly with a formal complaint. He was quite trained however in processing payment! Even for the couple before me, the wife asked him at least 3 times to put a Fragile sticker on her package and he refused to do it - he said he would do it later. I've never seen service so horrible. UPS needs to shut this location down or get new management
J	Juliana Chuva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke! I needed to return an item, the only think I needed was to print the label and tape it to the package. UPS wanted me to pay bloody $3 bucks to print 1 A4 B&W paper. I went to another shop, got it printed (for free! The guys in the other store were shocked by UBS behaviour and wanted to make my day). Then, I came back to the UBS and (guess what) they wanted to charge me for the tape! A complete joke. Thankfully, somebody else had just bought the tape and they borrowed me some. I also asked for a proof that I had sent the item, and the man didn’t want to give it to me. He said I should use the tracking code. Terrible.

I’m a small business owner and I visit several times a week to drop of packages and have been doing for over a year and they are nothing but professional. It’s not a retail store for them to be pushy to try to stir up conversation, it is a mail service / copy shop. I think professionalism here is outstanding and whenever I see them with clients they get the job done. We should all be supporting small businesses on high streets and rate them on their competencies as opposed to whether they entertained or not. We’re losing sight of what’s important in the service industry.
