Ward was first person that came visit us for a quote, and ended up being the best choice. No complaints whatsoever. Our floor went from almost black to naturale stain, yes if you look closely you will see some residue from the old stain but as you can see in pictures not very noticeable and for us well worth the gains (more sustainable, economical, quicker solution). I also appreciated that Ward himself did the finishing. Thanks Woodsmith Hardwood Floors!

The five stars are well earned!! He came in and did a fantastic job, Ward and Joel are real pros! No nonsense, very knowledgeable, great communication, and flexible with our timeline. Pricing was very fair. We would definitely recommend Woodsmith to others, and plan to use them again for another job!

After some major renovations on a 1950s house with classic but totally worn oak floors, we were left with sections of missing boards and very damaged areas. Ward delivered excellent repairs without the fuss and fretting that other companies displayed when they looked at the project. Joel and Ward took their time to do the repairs and refinishing with the attention that was needed - they weren't rushing off to the next job that is so common in the home improvement industry these days. The results were perfect. My hardwood floors were transformed from a logging road into what looks and feels like the smooth wet sand along the beach. These guys care about their work AND about their customer's wants and comfort. They are respectful, pleasant, spotlessly clean, and deliver. The result was better than I expected. What a nice surprise. Price was very reasonable considering they had to remove tile and underlay wood and level before they laid the flooring. Every step was explained and done professionally.
