t	trung tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suffered from stiffness, numb, and pain at both arms, hands, and legs for 9 months. It made me walk difficult. Sometimes, I couldn't walk at all . I went to physiotherapists, west medicine, east medicine, but didn't help. Then I went to TCM clinic. Here, with the treatment of Dr. Wang, Dr. Calvin, Dr. John, now I can walk normally. I also grateful to the students such as Vilawan, Mei chan, Yeana, Ben, Parvin, Marina, because they help me a lot. I highly recommend people to come here for treatment, because now when you go to family doctor, you can only claim 1 symptom. But at TCM, doctors and students here will treat you from top to bottom. That's why I am a patient here for more than 10 years. The staff here is very nice very kind. The herbs here are wonderful, no side effect. Thanks for reading my review, and best wishes to you all.

The quality of studying materials was informative and organized for me to study TCM easier and in more efficient way. Fairly high passing rates for board exam preparation.

L	L Mc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be great. I started going to the student clinic after I had a bad bicycle accident over fifteen years ago. I saw lots of different groups of students: observation groups with an instructor, as well as senior students. There were some great instructors during that time, but the place has gone downhill in recent years. I can't say why or how this happened, maybe because they moved the school or because of changes imposed by the licensing board - or maybe just poor management - but where the schedule used to be completely full (it was hard to get an appointment), it is now mostly empty, so I guess I am not the only person who has noticed a difference. Some of the instructors are lazy (Frank Feng being one of them) and some of the good instructors have moved on... the students and even the reception now seems uninterested in actual health and customer service, and focused more on just doing their job, with little interest. Students show up late, I am often kept waiting for my appointment, then it takes them another 20 minutes to get the needles, and they do the minimum required. Too bad, as I think the quality of treatment used to be very good. I wish I knew what had happened.

I had stomach acid reflux and heartburn and was searching for a cure once and for all. From the reception, the medical students, the instructor, to the pharmacy, everyone cares about and pays full attention to the patients. I had Alex, Lulu and Jiwoon under the direction of Dr Claire Kao to measure my pulse, ask for my health issues in detail, do the acupuncture, and give me the prescription herbs. The acid reflux and heartburn are not coming back. We have started to treat my chronic back pain and hope to alleviate the pain. I would highly recommend the clinic if you are looking for an alternate treatment to improve your health and well being. Good job, Alex, Lulu and Jiwoon. I wish you all the best in your study next term.
S	Soeine Bac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The admin staff, teacher, and students were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I went there to receive acupuncture. Mostly I was treated by the students. When the teacher did the needle work on me to demonstrate for her students, it was painless and smooth. But when students worked on me, it was often painful, and sometimes blood came out. I expressed the pain, but nothing much was done to alleviate the situation. My legs felt uncomfortable for at least two days after. I went there twice, and the second visit was worse. So I consulted with a Chinese friend, and he adamantly suggested I should stop receiving acupuncture from the students. Acupuncture should be painless without blood coming out. The fee is cheap, but that’s not worth the pain and unpredictable risk.
