Great Customer service. It was a pleasure getting my car serviced at this location. No hassle at all. I got help from advisor, Darren. He was super helpful, made my overall experience very smooth.

The mechanics lied on the vehicle inspection report. I have proof of it. When I tried to complain to the Manager Kellyn Violot, she refued to return my call. Terrible customer service. Shame!

Called Fred 10 times and never got any answer from him. Terrible service . Don’t recommend it to anyone! Called Audi Burnaby and they were able to assist me right away and booked me oil change the next day. Go to Audi Burnaby instead !

Disappointing service. As a pre auto company receptionist, you really need to improve your customer service a little, I literally have to come in to the store because of a manufacturing flaw that exist in my car, not even my fault and they made me wait for 15-30 mins after arrival coz apparently only their time is valuable. And when they promised me to give a call, I waited several hours for the call and when I called back and they told me that the car is finished already. I couldn’t call my doctor because I was waiting for you guys to call. And in the afternoon while I was trying to call to make sure there is a ride to pick me up to pick up my vehicle, no one picked up, and I called twice. Seriously, stop apologizing and do better.

Parts manager, Ken always provides exceptional service for my car. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and patient to answer any questions or concerns I have with my A4. Highly recommended to visit this location for any car repairs or maintenance!

Called for Information on my Audi's Life prior to my purchase, and I was politely greeted by Whitney. Whitney was patient and helpful in finding out about my vehicles past history, even though she quickly found out the vehicle had never visited Audi Downtown she was able to inform me it had a full Audi Service History. She also asked if I would ever consider using their Services. With Whitney's help and guidance I look forward to bringing my Audi to them moving forward

THE BEST SERVICE! I get my car serviced here and unlike the North Shore Audi dealership, my experience with Audi Downtown is that they are professional, communicative, on time, reasonable, listen to your concerns and speak in plain language. Really trust and appreciate them! Shout out to Ivan!

Always trusted my car with this service center until coincidentally my car’s warranty was up and then multiple thousand dollar repairs were diagnosed and β€œrequired.” Spoke to the advisor who was professional in answering my questions and concerns, however, very worried about the technician on the team. A diagnosis that my brother was able to complete in under 10 minutes was the same as the technician’s report. Had my car towed and diagnosed at another Audi Service Center and those problems were magically resolved. The diagnosis was also much more thorough, explained, and reassured. PS. They also forgot to provide their β€œcomplimentary” car wash and no courtesy cars are available when urgent matters arise.
