It was a great experience to work with Julia, Daniel and their team. They are very professional and their service is very pro, honest and friendly.

It was such a relief and happiness when I came across Ambient showroom, eventually I found what I was looking for. I didn't have a clear idea about what exactly I am looking for, but I was sure I don't want to go with what I see everywhere: big, havy foresquare boxes. Ambient imports several of the highest quality European bathroom brands. I was charmed by the soft wavy lines of most of the bathroom cabinets and sink countertops and the elegant, unique and super stylish design. On top of that, Julia, who we met there,is a designer, and very knowledgeable, professional, patient and helpful while looking for the best options and size to meet our needs. Thank you Julia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Foster sink about 10 years ago, and we love the sink, however there were a few parts that needed replacing and some upgrades we wanted for it. After searching all over the City (Ottawa) and Provence, we were out of luck.
I cam across the Ambient and the reviews were very good, and upon speaking with the staff they were more then willing to order the parts (all the way from Italy) then ship them to us. Not only were they very responsive, when one of the pieces showed up damaged they rushed another order through and didn’t charge us. This was an order of only a few hundred dollars and they treated us like we’d spent thousands with them. I would HIGHLY recommend them for all your kitchen and bath needs. Thanks from Ottawa Ambient!!
