★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cherie and Missy are absolute gems! I walked into Briers without a solid concept in mind, and they helped me build a custom sofa from the ground up. They even helped me measure out my space when it looked like my hand-scrawled map wasn't adding up! I am so glad for their guidance, because my purple sectional is totally a dream! It even has a sofa bed hidden inside for when my parents come by! Special shout out to the absolute professional move-team on delivery day! They were so strong!!!! My couch is super comfy, and I've already spilled spaghetti sauce on it, and wiped it off with a wet towel! My only complaint is that with a darker color, you more easily notice any light colored lint, but other than that, it is GORGEOUS! Thank you!!

It was one of the best buying experiences we've ever had. She has such a good eye, an amazing listener for her clients, and has so much experience that she says what you are thinking before you even say it aloud. She was able to work through our space and bounce off so many ideas based on our style, without feeling any pressure or rush. She really knows her stuff and is a true professional. Thank you Cherie!

The warehouse was good as well. David was absolutely amazing and so good to deal with. They stand by their products! I'll be back for more!

Additionally, when we found that the cushions were too soft, David took the time to have custom foam inserts created to provide both better support and a better overall look! This is the sort of excellent service you can expect from Briers, they stand behind their products! Our sectional fits our space perfectly, and we could not be happier!

I needed new living room furniture, but really wanted to avoid places where prices were either too cheap (selling cheap goods) or too expensive. I found exactly what I was looking for - family owned and a Vancouver company. From the moment I set a foot in the store I had excellent service, both in looking at the different styles of furniture, and design advice. I also really liked that the set I bought was manufactured in locally Vancouver. As it turned out, I had a few problems but Brier's stood by their product and their service. It was all resolved to my satisfaction, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back. A real shout out to salesperson Missy who was fantastic, and to Dave, for making sure that what I had was exactly perfect! Thank you!

Our most recent purchase took many months to arrive due to supply issues, but David (the owner) went above and beyond to make sure we got our lamp and compensated us for our patience. We will definitely continue to shop at Briers for their beautiful pieces and customer service.

Cherie was an absolute gem to work with, providing us with thoughtful suggestions that would best suit the look and vibe we were after, and offering helpful interior decorating advice as we figured out how to furnish our place.
Shipping took a few weeks longer than we were quoted which wasn't ideal, but with the pandemic and general furniture shortages, I can't blame that on Briers.
Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a couch from them during the pandemic. The sales staff were very helpful during our selection of the couch, and kept us abreast of delivery issues. Ultimately, they were able to deliver earlier than was promised, so we were happy with that. They delivered and installed - quickly and cleanly. Friendly and professional. Price of couch and delivery seemed reasonable.
We've had the couch about one month now, and are very pleased with it both for comfort and looks.
