L	Livia Evergreen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is place is such a hidden gem in Kitsilano! I had a very pleasant experience there regardless its price and the time limit. It was about $40 for a 1.5 session in the infrared sauna. I did not use the floating cabins, so I can not judge that. I did not like that it was kind of expected to tip at the end of the session when I paid, it is just not the right place to have their credit card machines set up this way. The resting area was very cool with all sorts of interesting books and little knick-knacks that keep you entertained.

I brought my fiancé here for a birthday activity (we both did the 1 hour massage) and he truly was relaxed and Natalka gave him great advice for daily activities to help him relive tension! I had Kaila and she was AMAZING she made me feel so relaxed and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! I love how they both asked what our bodies need for the day! Beyond amazing
M	Megan Nicholls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how I did not realize about this place before! It is beautiful inside and my infrared sauna was sooooo nice. Really thoughtful setup / amenities / staff. I will be back for sure, as long as I can get in! They book quite far in advance. Also it's a bit pricey to go as often as I'd like! But the experience is definitely worth it, and it's right on 4th on Kits so v convenient (not to mention you know they are paying a bunch in rent), plus it looks like they spend a lot of time on cleaning / maintaining the space so I can understand the price. I liked the music and lighting too. Blissed right out. Good selection of products for purchase and use in facilities (Botanical Therapeutic Tree Essence is legit my fave unscented moisturizer - sinks RIGHT in and is still v rich and luxurious feeling). Fun idea for a date, or just a relaxing afternoon on your own. Haven't tried the float yet but I will. TBH, I kind of want to keep this place a secret so I can get in more easily, but sharing is caring :). I wish there were more locations! Halsa, come to Fraser, rent is cheaper here (for now :D)!

J	Jason McBeath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This spa is perfect. A beautiful facility housing many ways to find your zen. The float tank experience was phenomenal (my first) and a 90 minute massage was therapeutic and relaxing. All in all a really tremendous spot for relaxation.
R	Rachel Howard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shocked by how much I enjoyed the float experience! It was simultaneously relaxing and joyful. All the little aches and pains I have melted away. It was one of the few times I was truly able to 'focus on my breath' without my mind wandering. I haven't been to any other float places so I have no comparison point. But everything was very clean and there were lots of helpful amenities (blow dryer, q tips, lotion etc .). I'd definitely do this again.
