With crumbly, brittle, deformed, and sometimes missing nails due to nail psoriasis, I was always pretty self-conscious going to a nail salon, and fearful of them using drill bits on my sensitive “talons”. However, this has not been the case since coming to Line. The staff have helped me not only feel comfortable that I won’t experience discomfort and can relax, but I also have been able to prioritize nail help and have seen some improvement in my nails. Their vegan gel polish is acting like a nail “cast”, and knowing that I am choosing a better option for animals, my health, and the environment makes me worry even less. The techniques used are gentle as well, they don’t rip all my cuticles off (ew), and take care to check in and make sure everything is okay. In addition to all this, the staff are unbelievably friendly - it has began to feel like a home away from home. Now that I’ve gone to Line I don’t think I’d be able to go to any other nail service provider! Thanks to all of you!!

I went in with a color in mind, and when I noticed they didn't have the color I'd been hoping for, they custom made the color by blending two polishes together! It was great, and I walked out of there with more than I'd wanted. The ladies who work here are creative, patient, and lovely to chat with. Thanks so much for accommodating my requests - I'll be back!
S	Sandy Leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has changed ownership. Seika isn't at this spot anymore. The only plus for this nail salon is that they use non toxic, vegan products. It's a cute shop. The quality of work isn't the best and for the pricing you would expect better quality, especially when they pride themselves on the slowest service in Vancouver. By spending more time, the quality should be better but it isn't any better than a regular nail salon. There are spots where the clear gel is missing, bubbling, and there are still issues with the gel curing under and around the nail requiring the nail technician to clean it up. With the slower service speed, I would've expected that to be cleaned up before curing the gel colour under the light, and also no bubbles. The gel colour is also thick, the nail technician did three coats as the colour wasn't opaque. However, I've had gel nails done with three coats before and they were still able to keep it thin.

Ami was my nail technician and she was very sweet and attentive. She took her time and gave me an amazing mani pedi experience (spent two hours and a half there). I can't stop staring at my nails now! I'm happy knowing that the products they use are vegan and non toxic. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back for more!

I felt so relaxed and pampered after my appointment and my nails look great. The place is clean, cozy, and smells awesome. The staffs are really friendly and professional. Their products are also sustainable and non-toxic, which I really appreciate!
c	c LB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super lovely nail tech and beautiful salon. They use very good quality products too, although their range of colors is a bit small (around 50 gel colors). The quality of the manicure I wasn't very happy about. The nail tech did her best but the result was thick gel globs and the top coat didn't come all the way to the edge to cover the base color. I really wanted to love it, but I was disappointed, and there wasn't much she could have fixed since it was more of an application issue. This is my second time here and the result of my first manicure was also a bit rough on my first visit. Both times were really simple nail art (outlines, and glitter). I don't think I will come back, unfortunately.

The ladies paid great attention to detail, taking care to be super gentle throughout the entire process for both mine and my mother in law's mani/pedi. Great selection of polish colours, lots of very natural, light shades. The spa was very relaxing, clean, and felt safe as it was just the 2 of us in there with the staff members. Will definitely go back as well as recommend them to others who are looking for a more natural and less rushed salon!

I've had some some not-so-great experiences at nail salons and expressed my previous mishaps to my two lovely technicians and they were both SO wonderful and gentle and I felt very at ease. I forgot both of their names, but thank you to "Peanut Butter Sandwhich's" owner and the girl who did my pedicure (you laughed at all my jokes). I'm really happy with my Christmas mani/pedi! Thank you for honouring my gift certificate (that I received before covid hit!) One thing that I loved was the way the different nail colours are presented. Typically you get the plastic hands with 87 million colours and I never know what to pick but at Line they present you with the cutest little gold box with clear stones with each colour sample. It's simple but it was way more fun to pick my colour. Thanks for a very enjoyable experience, i'll try to come back next year <3
