The staff were very helpful in choosing colour, tone, and quantity. The response time to emails and inquiries was prompt. The turn around time to prepare our products was quick. Most importantly, the rooms look amazing. If you need assistance, ask for Jamie.
P	Paul Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For over 20 years I had kept buying cheap paints from well known hardware stores, so I had never tried quality paint before. A friend of mine convinced me to visit a Benjamin Moore. At first, I was shocked by the price (85$ for a gallon, seriously!) and wanted to get out. I finally bought one gallon to try it. I must say I was stunned by how smooth and perfect that paint is. I've never seen something like that. It smells good (really), fixes wall defects, dries fast and leaves no stain, crack,. line... Aura paint is thick and doesn't get swallowed by drywall. I ran straight back to the store and bought 4 more gallons. It's incredible because I succeeded to paint a 2 bedroom condo entirely (including 2 bathrooms as well) with only 5 gallons total The very helpful sales people at that location told me it's a durable paint. You bet. Looks like I won't have to paint again for 20 years. I'm afraid my review may sound more as an advertisement for the Aura brand than a a positive review about that store. But it's both! Thanks!

I stead of the boring black chalkboard, I'm going to have a beautiful unique color chalkboard at our wedding reception! I called before coming to the shop, the lady was very helpful over the phone with choices and prices. She sounds very friendly. As I arrived to the shop on a Saturday afternoon, it was busy, 4 staffs with about 6-8 set of customers, but staffs are very attentive, would come to me even when they have customers who are thinking. Staffs are very helpful when I have questions about using paint the first time, short and sweet tips. Staffs also make sure I have tools to use the paints, can openers and stirring sticks, but not pushy about other products, My 2 custom paints were made within 15 minutes, very efficient! I would definitely come back for paint in the future!

I ordered paint from them, they told me it would be ready in an hour, so I took the afternoon off of work to go pick it up and they didn't even have it when I arrived. They said it was out of stock but they never even called me to tell me. They totally wasted my time and they weren't even sorry about. When I called the manager to complain, he hung up on me.

Michelle visited our place, listedned to our ideas and preferences and brought them to the next level - helped pick the classy hues of the colour tones that we envisioned, and brought the differenet colours of all the rooms into one elegant theme for the condo. Michelle gave some amazing interior design tips along the way, and we came out of the session with such an upgraded image of what we want the condo to look like. We found this service of colour consultation extremely helpful.
