UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! This used to be one of me go to places. The former owner's Chicken pho was flavorful, the beef pho broth was very well done and the Bun dishes were very well seasoned. UNFORTUNATELY, it's changed. I truly wish the new owners the best as they seem to be very hard working. However, it's nothing like the previous restaurant. DECIDE for yourselves, as these are just my thoughts and taste buds.

We used to be regulars here before the ownership changed. It was delicious, portions were great, actually pretty authentic quality Vietnamese food. Coffee was pretty good too, authentic Viet style. Unfortunately, and it's hard to write this bc the new staff seem very nice and hardworking, we just won't be returning here after our latest visit. We had the vermicelli bowls and the lemongrass chicken was the worst we've ever had, and the portion of chicken was laughably small. Coffee was some kind of instant mix watered down flavorless liquid, we couldn't finish it. We wish we could write a nicer review but it was just so disappointing.

Great flavours and portions. Felt authentic and my pick up order was ready in 10 mins! I ordered 46 and 48. The chicken was definitely better than the beefβ€”I found the beef too tough. I ordered on their online website (not through delivery company) and the prices were $1 higher per dish and automatically included 10% tip. A bit peeved because I could have called to order and saved the extra cost. With that said, if I’m in the area, I’d be happy to order from here again.

I was born and raised in Vietnam so I have some experience with authentic Vietnamese food. So far this place has the best Vietnamese barbecue dishes in Vancouver (grilled meat vermicelli, grilled meat with rice), as well as the best spring rolls. Very excited to try out their other dishes. The place is also run by Viets who are passionate about the quality of their food. If you talk to them about their cooking process, you’d find out that they pay attention to the smallest details, and constantly spend time fine-tuning their recipes or create new ones. Good food, good people ? Note: this review was written for the new management.

the recent reviews aren’t happy with the apparent new management, but i had a great dinner. the service was very efficient and nice (although it wasn’t very busy). the broth was already great and after i added some hot sauce, chili oil etc. it was amazzzinggg. the beef was pretty good and i just wish there was a bit more noodles. fair pricing too

Ordered #11: rare beef pieces were tender, tendon and tripe smelled clean, broth was not very rich, little heavy on the peppers, and had hints of asian medicinal flavours? which I didn’t mind and actually appreciated how light it was after finishing the bowl. First time here and tbh I was expecting something a bit more beefy and fragrant, but at least everything was hot and fresh. Spring rolls were good too.

cαΊ£m Ζ‘n We swung by on lunch and picked up one of the Vegetable and Tofu Noodle Soup Pho θΆŠε—ζ²³η²‰ζ±€ 's each. It's real difficult to find a yummy veggie pho, unless your specifically at a vegetarian joint but this place ain't half bad! The veggie broth was pretty good, although not much tofu unfortunately to be honest. Good portion size, although I'd recommend the large especially when it's like an extra buck or something. The spring rolls were also pretty rad. Staff are super friendly, professional and clearly talented. A nice cozy joint to grub full of locals offering 'the usual '. This place offers good grub on a consistent and efficient basis. Support local businesses!
