Love the showrooms of Minotti, Ligne Roset, Baxter, Poltrona Frau, Living Divani and so many more. Definitely a great place to get my home modernized, and for years Livingspace remains as the source of inspiration in modern interior design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Priceless how employees of this "luxury" store, somehow managed to absorb the stereotypical attitude of someone wealthy. If they are going to sit out in the open, then conventionally their job would be to acknowledge and serve customers. They need to get over themselves, and stop attempting to look busy on their computers when they have people in the store. Is there a dress code I'm not aware of? Do walk-in customers need to show up with details surrounding their real estate portfolio, or financial situation in order to be assisted rather than having to hunt someone down for (reluctant) help? If so, then it should simply be detailed on the website. I'll definitely go back here for a walk around in the future, for entertainment if nothing else. I'll update this review if the situation changes.

Called earlier today to inquire about a chair and genuinely wanted to purchase the display model since the style was not in stock. I went into the store after being told the model is for sale and tried it in person. The show room staff went on an all-denial mode for everything that I said, the information I get from the staff are not only contrary with my understanding, but are also inconsistent with what I got over the phone. Eg. How on earth the adjustment for Aeron and Embody are similar to each other? How come they "have no intention" to sell the display? Not going to shop there or ever visit with the doesn't give a shit manner of the staff.
Btw I later visited EQ3 and RH, they proved the hypothesis of all show room employees don't care about customers wrong :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful high end furniture showroom carrying wide variety of luxury brands including Poltrona Frau, Minotti, MDF Italia, Molteni, Divani, Knoll, Herman Miller and more. Staff was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Would highly recommend as a starting point for luxury furniture needs.
