Although it's little expensive, but the shop is pretty amazing. And people are really Friendly

Fortunately I've only ever made in store purchases. However w/ COVID in full swing (people choosing to no longer offer cx service satisfaction) I purchased online. First purchase I made was delivered as an entirely different order. Not mine, and when called cx service they said keep the clothes, they'll offer me a refund and I can order again. I thought it was a practical joke, the clothes were nothing like what I ordered and even not worth a sale purchase, and I was told to keep it ??? I don't want your garbage. My reorder was just as bad, I receive a size too small and when I called online cx service they informed me to go into the store because I would have to pay 5$ shipping for the return that isn't worth it, and they 'couldn't' waive the charge. In the store (which I dont live anywhere close to) couldn't find my order nor do my return with the online ticket/order. After an hour visit and the manager telling me she will talk to cx service, have it sorted and returned for me but told me to take my shirt with me even though I insisted I didn't want it, just a refund so they should keep it. she never called me, never emailed me as she said and when I called in the follow days she "oh yeah, we can't do anything for you unless we have the shirt" *** When my first order came in wrong, they didn't do any sort of check on what the items were, just simply returned my money. For future, avoid all issues and just tell them you received the wrong order, seems the easier option on their side. *** Would never go back to the store - Customer satisfactory at a 0

Like this one way better than the downtown location. They're well organized and seem to have a better selection overall.

Large store featuring trendy women's clothing with a selection of accessories and novelties. Men's clothing also available. Small free parking area at the rear of the store.

Staff remained masked even after BC left it up to individual businesses. Staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful - they helped me look for items from their website and even called the Granville store to ask if they had them. Thanks so much Ava and her manager Kaitlyn!

I've found some pretty good deals a this urban outfitters before. Today was not a sale day but I did find some pretty cool socks. At the end of my shopping when we rang up my items (pretty much just socks) the 3 for 30 sale did not end up going through. It was no problem because the cashier fixed it right away. This location has multiple levels and to access them you need to climb stairs.

Great selection of clothes. There is everything from t-shirts, skirts, pants, sweatshirts for women and for men there is less selection but still have sweatshirts, pants t-shirts and a few dressy items but there is a lot less then women's stuff. They also have some household and other miscellaneous gifts downstairs. The store is very large there are about 3 floors. I think it was an old bank and therefore has great architecture

I only visit Urban Outfitters at times due to the cool vinyl records that they sell at their store and I was heavily satisfied when I went to this location for the first time to pick up a vinyl I ordered and to check out their vinyl section! The interior space of this location is magnificent and bright which makes it enjoyable to look around! This location has a wide range selection of clothes, music, jewelry, and much more! However, my absolute favorite section was downstairs which is the vinyl section! This specific Urban Outfitters has a variety of different vinyl and some rare exclusive pressings as well. Lastly, I was highly satisfied with the customer service at this location. The employees here are very respectful, positive, and professional here who are always welcome to help out the customers that visit and solve any problems with no delay, especially with a very kind attitude. Overall, I was extremely happy with my visit and I will definitely be returning!
