★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Lush products. The scents are definitely extreme, so if you are in any way scent sensitive, avoid coming in.
I am not, so I really like it here :)
I love their body wash (Rose Jam) and it really leaves my skin moisturized for the day and smells really nice.
They're hair products generally don't work for me (curly hair) but they seem to be working for my friends with straight hair. Worth a try.

The process was very simple and fast and the customer service was excellent when you arrive, no waiting time so your visit is quick and less contact with others (even tho i like to spend time in the store and enjoy the fresh smell of the products lol) I like how LUSH made it convenient and safer at the same time especially during COVID.
Also I love how everything is made from fresh ingredients. I tried both of their face masks, I had good results in calming my skin and also making it softer (especially rosy cheeks face mask!!)

First and foremost, Lush has a very personable and helpful member named Brigitte. She was well-versed on all the products, and during these odd times, she was able to find what I needed with a great attitude and uplifting nature while adhering to the Covid protocols. Her suggestions were all from listening to what I was describing. I'd start the thought and she would wrap it up with the right products! Happy with the following products:
Ocean Salt Face/Body Scrub
Wasabi Shan Kui Shampoo
Cherry Lip Scrub
And Brigitte suggested the Charity Pot Body Lotion, which supports various causes. Always a great addition to any purchase. An uplifting experience all around. Thx Lush!

Today I had amazing customer service from Anna, who listened to what I wanted and suggested honestly what I should use. Our interaction felt very genuine and authentic and that the products we tried and tested on my hair in store, would be right for me. Anna went above and beyond and she deserves the recognition! 10/10 would recommend
