β β β β β Sat down in their patio for a quick lunch while waiting for my wife. Did not expect much but I think I may have had the best chicken schnitzel sandwich in Vancouver.it was also massive and on their happy hour menu. When my wife got there, I made her get one too cause it was soon good.
If you go here, try the chicken Schnitzel sandwich!
They also have a few good beers on tap, however, it would be nice to get a Heff on tap with the summer starting. Servers are quite nice and service is fast.

β β β β β Casual and comforting! And meaty. Lots and lots of meat. We tried the Jackson burger and braised short rib plate. A bit on the pricier side for the portions but tasty. I wish the short rib plate came with more vegetables aside from the mushrooms.
Pretty popular place, we had to wait for seating but they called us when our table was ready which was nice.
Service was friendly! We'll definitely be back.

β β β β β Really nice atmosphere. The outdoor dining was great. Excellent customer service. Food was great - I had a chicken schnitzel sandwich. The chicken was really juicy and the fries were so fresh and crispy.

β β β β β We have purchased meat here for years living in Kitsilano and I walked by and noticed they'd morphed into a half butcher/half restaurant the other day and my husband and I decided to try it out on an impromptu date night, and it was FANTASTIC!
Incredible service, perfect people watching, adorable street patio and obviously amazing food!
The butcher has been there for 109 years, I hope the restaurant lasts another 100!

β β β β β I went out of my way to order a fresh organic free-range Turkey from Jacksonβs. I am preparing Christmas Dinner for 7 family and friends, and want the best. When I ordered it 6 weeks ago they assured me I could pick the bird up on the 24th. My order receipt specifies Dec. 24th. Only problem is - Jacksonβs is closed on Dec. 24th. So at the last minute I have to find a replacement bird. Iβm pretty ticked off I tell you!

β β β β β Looking for a burger? I recommend this place! Might look q bit pricey but totally worths it. The burger has a huge ratio of meat vs other stuff and the meat was well prepared. The staff were super friendly and we will definitely be back.
