Good experience so far. I went to buy some stuff since I recently moved to Vancouver. People were kindly responding to our questions and they were open to suggest some products I was looking for. I also got a $100 reward for shopping that day so I couldnt be happier. Update April 2022. Same good experience, I keep going there since isn't crowded and can find good quality bedding clothes and more.

I have picked up online purchases previously by going in the store. This time I was going to have the purchases brought to my car. There is an underground car park so parked by the elevator on the 1st level. No signs indicating where to park for online purchases pick up. My mobile didn't work in underground parking. I paid the fee for 30 mins and went up to the store above street level. Parking at street level entrance was not an option as there is construction and no parking allowed. I get my purchases consisting of cast iron, which were heavy, and requested parking reimbursement. Nope. BBAB doesn't offer. I asked what are people to do and was advised There are no designated spots but I would just alert staff and they will bring to me and don't pay for a parking ticket. Excuse me. One needs to have a ticket to park. They mention to park outside infront of store I remind them it's not permitted during construction. They say park further up road. Sure and schlep heavy items. I take my egress with my purchases and go to elevator, wait, and no where to place my items. I take elevator to 1st floor parking and the door tomcarpark swings towards me and no disability button. I open door while holding purchases precariously. I walk to my car, unlock via fob, and place items in car. It's seems counterproductive for BBAB to not pay for parking at this site. The other sites I have been there are designated parking spots are right outside the store entrance. I advise not to order online for pick up.at this store as most others offer hassel free parking.

Really amazing service at this location. I almost walked out of the store because I thought they didn’t have the cast iron skillet that I needed. Mohammed in the cookware section showed me all my options and even thought of a solution to a cast iron pan that I didn’t think of. He took time to show me all the options. Will be coming back for sure

If you like perpetually buying poor quality household items this is the place to shop. Prices are insane and most products break within weeks. Bought pillows that split within two weeks, laundry hamper that broke as soon as it got home and a soap dispenser that lasted three months. Not shopping here anymore. Zero quality control and treating consumers like garbage.

Service was great. We asked a few times where things were and the staff were very knowledgeable. We did not find the bedding products we were looking for though as nothing suited our tastes and we thought things were a bit high priced.

Wow... How organized and clean. Every single person that helped us was friendly. We bought and returned a few things. Hassle free and parking downstairs too... We'll be back

I've bought items from the store over the years, service is non existent last 3 times we went we stood in the bedding department for about an hour absolutely no one would help. We left and bought on-line from Wayfair we would prefer to deal here as it is so close to us. If your looking for assistance this isn't the store for you.
