I received amazing service as they honored the online price . They also have American dolls and will be buying one soon for my daughter's birthday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonderful, multi-level spot adjacent the Starbies. Grab and coffee and look at some books in a cozy atmosphere.
They had some sweet deals on some classics upstairs I had no intention of buying but simply, couldn't resist the bargain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s chapters indigo need I say more? But they do have the most interesting and original gadgets to purchase and some lovely gifts and of course a lot of books! Greeting card re great and Starbucks is just next door so you can read your new book over coffee right next door!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store- it is huge, of course there is every kind of book that you would be looking for and there is also a great gift selection for his and her and a lot of stationary that is super cute! I highly recommend going here for any Christmas shopping or any other gift occasion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the intersection of two busy streets, it is easy to get to but a bit hard to park your car. Transit, on the other hand, would be great. The store is decent sized with a great kids section upstairs. Used to bring my kids there often. Still enjoy the store and the neighbourhood though I scooter there more often than drive now that there are no kids in tow. Would love to see bike parking facilities outside the Granville Street entrances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to shop they just don’t have anyone walking around to help, so you’re on your own at this location if you’re looking for something. Our family loved to grab a drink from Starbucks and shop but due to the pandemic Starbucks is closed at several locations☹️

Fair prices.
Today,I bought a reference book .The young gentleman who I asked for help was very helpful and found the book.
Then the girl on the counter was super friendly with a big smile on her face .
I really appreciate the way of their customers service.
Will recommend it to the people who like to have a great experience of friendliness.
