She helped me to select products that will provide my needs for simplicity, easy to maintain, that will provide me with increased space in my cabinets, and finally that are also fashionable. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants a cooperative professional that is able to search the market for what you need for your kitchen remodeling, best product with best price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge thank you to Star for her patience, help and problem solving. I came in looking for a replacement detergent bottle and though the store doesn't really supply parts, Star was able to find a spare bottle. I had to return the next day as the bottle didn't seem to fit my Kohler dispenser. Star spent the time to examine the issue and figured out that the previous bottle neck had snapped off into the dispenser and that the bottle provided was correct. Stellar service and I was dealt with professionally and provided many options for my problem.

The designer helped us big time and later came to our townhouse to ensure we had all the right stuff. Excellent experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently replaced our old, leaky, inefficient kitchen faucet with a beautiful chrome pull-down faucet from Kohler. We have Kohler fixtures in our bathrooms and love the quality and style. After looking at faucets in a few other stores and feeling frustrated with the selection we decided to visit the big beautiful Kohler store located on the corner of Broadway and Fir (free customer parking in the back). We were quickly and warmly greeted by Cory and were directed to the kitchen faucet area of the store.
I loved how so many of the faucets were operational so you could try them out and feel the quality and the ease of operation. We fell in love with the Artifacts pull down faucet in the chrome finish. The pull down nozzle has three spray choices with full regular flow and shower flow alternatively available with the toggle switch. But there is another button which changes the shower flow to a full on power spray, perfect for cleaning up saucepans and soap residue.
The faucet is heavy duty and when the plumber installed it he remarked on what a pleasure it was to install such a quality fixture. The cartridge is ceramic and should be trouble free for years. And the style.... Oh, I love my new faucet.
The staff were very helpful. Cory provided lots of assistance in helping us choose the perfect faucet. There were so many to choose from and there were so many finishes available, but the way they are displayed makes it easy to visualize how they will look in your home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ***BUYER BEWARE!!!*** I have never experienced such horrible business practices.
The Good: Kohler products are good quality and decent price, and previous experience with the store had been good.
The Bad: But this has changed recently with new staff and new policy.
As part of my renovation project ( faucet / sink / kitchen ), my interior designer recommended a Kohler Shower Trim. The trim valve (the rough-in piece) is sold separately so the Kohler staff recommended one to me to go with the trim. But a mistake was made and the staff entered the wrong model in my order. By the time my plumber told me the two parts don't actually fit each other, I tried to return the incorrect product but their new policies stopped me. In particular, they:
1) Do NOT accept returns that are open box (how can I find out the two pieces don't fit each other without opening the box?)
2) Do NOT accept returns past 60 days from the date of the order (warning: it is NOT from the date from delivery of item)
The new store manager (Nimrat Pahwa) was not willing to take responsibility for a mistake that they made and insisted it was the responsibility of the customer to check that the parts that I order are fitting.
I relied on the expertise of a Kohler staff to select a fitting product for me, but in the end they are taking no responsibility for a mistake they clearly made. This had been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially from such a reputable name. I recommend staying away from this particular Kohler store and purchase from other Kohler retail stores that actually provide proper after-sales service.
