I scheduled a tire replacement and wheel alignment for my wife's car and took a chance on this location based on a family member's recommendation. I am sad to say it was a horrendous experience overall, and culminated in a massive safety issue being completely missed by their technicians. I had initially scheduled 2 tires to be replaced, noting on my appointment request that it may in fact need 4 (I figured I would leave it in their expert hands to determine). Soon after making the appointment I was advised that they did not sell the brand of tire currently on the vehicle, but recommended an alternative make and brand which I noted to be well reviewed. On the day of the appointment, I dropped the vehicle off, at which point the young rep at the counter confirmed I just needed the two tires. I pointed out again that it could be 4, depending on what they saw. I was initially told they only had two tires in stock, but was then reassured that they in fact had plenty more. A few hours later I returned and was advised the alignment was done and two tires had been replaced. When I queried the condition of the other two, I was subsequently advised "oh yeah, he says they need to be replaced too". But of course, they did not have any more in stock despite being told previously they had. I explained that I was leaving for a trip to the interior and needed the vehicle to be road worthy. The indifference in the response from Brian was palpable, but we came to an arrangement that I would return again the next day to repeat the process and get the other two tires replaced. I subsequently picked up the vehicle the next day, paid the remaining balance (of a $1300 bill) and drove off, glad to have the tires on and the car ready for a trip. Or so I thought. As soon as I hit 40 kph an astoundingly loud road noise could be heard coming from the wheels. I immediately contacted the store to advise them, to which they speculated it could have simply been brake dust. I was advised to monitor it but if concerned, to bring it back in. Rather than attempt a THIRD appointment to have my tires replaced, I chose to visit an alternative OK Tire branch in Langley. No sooner had I dropped it off, I got a call advising that a wheel baring was completely gone and was "clear as day". What's even more concerning about the W. 3rd branch is that despite being "experts" at all things tires and wheels, their technicians completely missed the fact that a wheel baring was completely gone, representing a massive safety risk to me and my family. Not to mention the $150 wheel alignment they charged me for, which contained a road test that never occurred (odometer in and out numbers were the same) and no diagnoses of a blatant wheel safety issue. Save yourself the time and aggravation; avoid this location at all costs.

Initially I had a tire repair in may 2021 and nobody told me the tire was excessively worn on the inside on the tire, then took a 12hr roadtrip and barely made it back.. it's v frustrating and possibly dangerous in that instance.. if they would have told me I need tires i would have got some. V disappointed..plus the quote from the old lady was lower than when I paid.. decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and told it's cheaper than MB for servicing.. it definitely wasn't !!! Lucky I only got the oil changed and got the remaining service elsewhere as the service guy was rude and annoyed I didn't want to pay 1700 for a B service.!!

This business defiantly deserves a 5 out of 5. I called one other large tire co. In vanc.and no answer and second try put on hold and no ever did get back to me. I live about 400 kms away, hit a pothole and wrecked one of my tires on my way to vanc. limped to town on my donut spare. My tires are an odd size (20 inches) and when I got them last time it took 2weeks. I got through to O/K just before 2pm, they said that they could have it by 4.30 and would get it installed. I was out by 5pm and will be able to go home first thing tomorrow. Ever member of the team was excellent including a very young fellow who changed the tire quickly and stored the spare back exactly where it belonged. Best tire experience ever and I am nearly 80. Price was excellent and I strongly recommend this O/K dealership, esp. for tires. Robert Strong

I have been getting excellent, straight forward auto work for my cars for few years with OkTire. They give reasonable estimates, call to discuss additionals or to recommended changes. The mechanics I have to deal with provided excellent and dependable repairs. I highly recommend OkTires for car repair and upkeep.

I brought my kia here because I had a flat tire. I also had to change to my winter tires. The asian guy found a nail in the tire and was damaged because I drove on it. He also noticed I had the wrong size all season tires and were 11 years old. This is my first car and I don't know about cars. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Good service and friendly staff.

Great work. I went to 2 other shops before as they either didn’t sell my tire (solus) or it seemed super expensive. Called and they quoted me $60 cheaper. They ordered it in for the next day and only took 30 minutes from my appointment time. They also managed to keep my alloy gator on as Kal tire said they would have to cut it (would have been another $40 to replace). Super happy and will be back.

Takes a while to get tires swapped (including rim changing) since I'm used to Big O in Coquitlam which takes like 10 minutes! But when I called them and took my car back because the tires were going flat they investigated and fixed it free of charge for me (rims needed a new bead?). Also the older guy who works there is quite pleasant. Coffee while you wait too. Overall good experience.
