We've had such a great experience with Fullhouse Modern. We purchased the GUS flipside couch last year but in the end it had a defect. Jennifer was so helpful in seeing that the problem was fixed and had our couch replaced in its entirety (including complimentary shipping to and from our apartment outside of Vancouver). We can't speak more highly of the service and quality we've received from the Fullhouse team and look forward to supporting this great shop in the future!

Great selection of mid-century and modern, much of it with a particularly stylish European flavour. Inviting, spacious layout and helpful, knowledgeable staff. Recently bought my new couch here. Couldn't have been more pleased, from the first walk around the showroom right up and through the timely and careful delivery. This place is a gem. Don't miss it.

I'm not one to post reviews but i thought i should in this case! After shopping around quite a bit, I finally settled on buying my couch from here - loving it! The selection of furniture and accessories at Fullhouse is exceptional. I find this place really has their finger on the pulse of the latest styles.... I found the customer service to be quite informative, and the owner very knowledgeable and actually provided me suggestions that ended up saving me money in the end. I would recommend for sure!

This review is to comment on a poor customer experience with FULLHOUSE Modern. We've bought several pieces from FULLHOUSE in the last few months and really love their selection of furniture. Recently we bought a new light fixture (floor mode, on sale, but still quite expensive). When we returned home to install the light we noticed that the brass diffuser was badly stained. We contacted FULLHOUSE and were told by the sale representative that they had noticed the stains but were unable to remove them. Unfortunately, this had not been brought to our attention at the time. I mentioned that the condition was unacceptable for a new light at that price point and that I would like to have the part cleaned or replaced. The owner was put on the phone and promised to send me cleaning instructions. When I suggested that the stains appeared to be permanent (and her own employees were unable to clean them off), and that a replacement of the damaged part would be preferred, the owner became very rude, dismissive and condescending. One minute into the conversation (and after cutting me off at every opportunity) she hung the phone up on me. UPDATE: Following a very unprofessional response from the owner to this review (now deleted), FULLHOUSE responded several day later with cleaning instructions and an offer to clean/re-finish the brass diffuser in-house or exchange it for a different one. At this point I had already contacted the manufacturer directly and after shopping around for the right supplies, I successfully re-finished the diffuser myself. My primary reason for the review is to comment on the negative interaction we had with the owner and the general indifference of the sales representative. Our observation of the owner’s attitude towards customers appears to be consistent with other negative reviews written about FULLHOUSE. I have updated the review from one star to three to reflect that FULLHOUSE did end up making some accommodations to fix the situation and that in the end it was possible to re-finish the diffuser to β€œnew” condition.

Rory my sales professional was great, I ordered a sofa and sofa chair. He talked me through the steps I needed, to choose the fabric, colour and strength of foam I wanted for my order. Its been 1 year now and it still feels and looks beautiful! I love it, and all my friends love it. Rory and FULLHOUSE Modern are the best! I would recommend them to friends and family.

I’ve always wanted to purchase a furniture from here. Recently we ordered a 4K bed after tax. Paid half in deposit, and was told maximum waiting period 4 weeks. 1.5 months later we followed up asking when can we expect the bed, was told that they were so busy dealing with mis-shipped part that they forgot to tell us about it. I reluctantly told them we sold our 2 double beds and was waiting for this bed. And asked for some kind of discount to compensate. I was told I can cancel the order if I could not wait any longer. So with a sad heart I did cancel , I can’t say I was happy with the whole experience, but it’s COVID time, everyone has an excuse. I hope one day I’ll see something in the shop that I love so much I’ll buy it on the spot, instead of waiting for shipping. Sorry for 2 stars. Hope next time can be 5 stars.
