Sales staff are slightly uninterested, and gave me the wrong info, (the tabletop fireplace only burns for 2-3 hours, not the 6-8 hours I was told), but still welcoming and friendly.

Great communication from Harald whenever I asked for an update. Delivery was easy to arrange, very flexible and they took care of everything. It took some time to get, but it was well worth the wait. Can't wait for my first guest.

I knew I wanted to buy an extendable dining table so there would be space later if we had guests or if our kids came over to eat. So after weeks of research, I bought the best one that I could find. It's really sturdy and big enough that even though it can be compacted, it doesn't feel small at all.

We were in search of a home office computer desk. Saw three that we liked (three more than all of the other stores) and had Harald help us. He was great. Hung back until he saw we were ready to ask questions and reviewed all the pros and cons of the models we were looking at. Very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal on the floor models. We love the product and the service. Highly recommend.
