Best Furniture store in Canada

When you go to Ikea, you pretty much see everything they offer… however when you go to The Brick, you see a small subset of their offerings. It’s a good way to get inspiration but don’t expect to walk out with any big purchases without going online first.

Veronika and Sabrina provided amazing customer service by offering solutions, giving me advices and answering all my questions! Really nice and friendly people! Highly recommend!!

The delivered a couch but the delivery people were unable to fit it in the room and refused to take it back. We asked them to put it in a different room which they did -- but failed to put the feet on the couch. We also ordered a desk and chair. We were never told we would need to assemble them ourselves, but to our surprise the delivery people said they were just going to drop off the box. So now we need to spend money hiring people to finish the delivery/assembly, so that after the paid Brick delivery, we will actually be able to use the furniture. I regret ever hearing the name "The Brick". I don't generally write bad reviews. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Here, despite the benefit of the doubt, I've run into a store so bad that I can't even think of a single positive thing to add to the review. I mean, they didn't start our place on fire while delivering, so I guess that's technically positive. And it is about the best I can say about them.

Ahmed spent time with us, allowing us to try just about every occasional chair in the store including the ones on elevated display shelves. We were not hurried, we were not pressured and all our many questions were answered. We would certainly recommend this store for respectful, attentive customer service and great prices. Many thanks

Sadly, delivery service failed to meet any expected criteria due to a broke down truck. Over an hour late on the delivery window, a call 90min later explaining the situation. Call back promised didn’t come, the driver did, had to call back and express my frustration and disappointment, was supposed to get a call back but didn’t. Shop closes at 6pm. Had the old mattress ready for pick up (paid fee/pic below) and now gonna have the joy to unpack it and put it back together again. And no new delivery before Friday. Unbelievably disappointed. I understand truck issues happen but I fail to understand how a company like The brick isn’t equipped to assist better in these situations and hold their part of the deal. Will not be shopping there again anytime soon.

Not rocket science call and ask for help on where to park delivery druck, instead they give up and bring back to warehouse. Sales man very nice tell you deal with delivery service ?
K	Kathy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to The Brick in Granville to choose our sofa last October. I have to say that Navah, the assistant store manager, was so helpful for our purchase. Navah was so lovely to provide us all assistance, including helping us choose the perfect size and great material of sofa to fit our needs, as well as multiple phone calls and emails back-and forth to confirm the measurements to ensure that the sofa would fit into the elevator and arrive to our unit. Even through there were some issues with the 1st delivery, Navah was so dedicated to make this work! We are very satisfied with the service Navah/The Brick provided and we will definitely go to this The Brink location in Granville again for our future furniture needs.
