We love coming here. I come with my son and he loves to sit on the mini dirt bikes. Jason and all the others are so friendly and always greet us with a smile. I appreciate how nice they are to my son. Thanks! I highly recommend them for awesome bikes and gear.

I just bought a Rebel 500 from carter, It's my first bike!! Jason was super patient and helpful with all of my questions, Derek and Keenan made the financing and arrangements super quick and easy. I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in up until I left. 10/10 would recommend this dealership and the Rebel 500 for a shorter or new rider!!

Joel is simply the best example of how sales advisory should go, always with a smile and willingness to help with any inquiries. The bike was ready ahead of time, the paperwork was quick and easy with Derek and they have an in-house ICBC agent so you're ready to ride as soon as they give you the keys. From beginning to end this was the smoothest sales process I have experienced for a vehicle... I'm happy I got my bike from Carter and will be glad to bring it back for service and so!

Joel the salesperson was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the bikes. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to take the time to ensure I understood. I have to say I really appreciated the time he spent with me and my never ending questions. This experience makes the buying process enjoyable!

Derek did a great job making sure I got everything I needed. When the bike came from Honda with a tiny scratch on the muffler guard, he followed up until the issue was resolved. Excellent service every time I’ve brought a bike there too. Edit: 5 star, the original 4 was an error

The service was exceptional! Great experience from beginning to end. Joel was very friendly and super helpful in explaining everything about the bike, and getting me set up. The team was also very accommodating with last minute changes and were kind throughout the entire process. Smoothest purchase I have ever made. I highly recommend purchasing your motorcycle from here, the staff are incredible and knowledgeable - not pushy at all. 10/10!!

Last week I went in and purchased the crf250f. I am very happy with the bike but very disappointed with the finance part. When I was trying to finance the bike, I was really wanting to get the best interest rate I was able to and was ready to drop extra cash to make it happen. Today my girlfriend went in to purchase the same bike but at a different location in Burnaby, and I found out that there were much better rates plus the bike was a smudge cheaper. The biggest difference was in the care that I received from the financial department at Carter motor sports compared to Burnaby Honda. I expressed very clearly that I was wanting a lower interest rate, even if it meant putting more money down. I was only given the option of going through one bank with a high interest rate when the financial advisor completely left out the other option I could have gone with through Honda, with a lower interest rate and more money down. I’m not sure why he didn’t offer me this option, when I clearly stated that this was what I was wanting, possibly just because it makes them more money. Anyways, my girlfriend ended up getting the same bike through financing with a great rate because only the bike was financed (not the extra fees or taxes), which I offered to do at Carter Motorsports but was not given the option.I felt like I got robbed and played at this location. From talking to Derek on the phone today after finding all this out, I am pretty upset with my whole experience at this location and I feel like he chose the route that best suited his company rather than what best suited myself, the customer. IN THE END, they apologized and I am hoping this doesn’t happen to another person. They gave me a gift card witch was nice. I give them currently a 3 star on them trying to make it better and we will see how things go in the future and maybe bump them to a 5 star.
