★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We picked up our new ID4 yesterday and we are so impressed with the team at Vancouver Volkswagen. There was a team of experts to help us get up to speed with our new EV and every aspect of the experience was handled with such expertise and warm welcome. Each staff person took the time to answer our endless questions. We were well taken care of - test drive, selection of model and options, winter tires, warranty, charger equipment, roof rack options, rebates, financing, insurance, and a very thorough demonstration of all the features and settings of the car. Thanks to Kevin, Will, Jodi, Andy and Andy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were on the search for a car that could fit our growing family and when we came across a certified pre-owned atlas at the Vancouver Volkswagon we were hesitant to even inquire as we are on Vancouver Island. But from the moment I reached out to the moment we bought our atlas we were blown away by their amazing customer service and their attention to our every need. They offered us the highest quality service via email, text and calls and were always there to answer questions, make things easier on us, and work towards our goal budget. They were so friendly and amazing throughout the whole process. And to top things off when we had to come over on the family day to pick up the car and finalize the papers, they brought in a team to greet my husband and even helped pay for our ferry and gas to come over to trade our vehicle in (which they gave us a great trade in value just by having me provide pictures and vin). We were not expecting them to come in on a holiday at all but they did anyway and they treated us like gold, a big bow on the car when we got there and a picture sent to me to show the vehicle was awaiting our pick up. They were amazing. Couldn't recommend them more.

Went to Vancouver VW on Sunday on a recommendation from my son and Sean greeted us immediately and from that moment to shopping the used car warehouse to picking my car and negotiating it was the most professional and pleasurable experience I have ever had. I told him I would take an Uber from PoCo Monday morning to pick it up and he said no you won’t because I will pick you up. Can’t get more personal service than that. Thank you to Sean and Christina and the entire team. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up my new VW ID4. The experience at Vancouver Volkswagen was outstanding. Everyone was super friendly and made the experience really smooth. They answered all my millions of questions on everything from warranty to insurance to getting winter tires and storing the all seasons. Thanks to Jody and Allen for making this easy! Then on to the really fun part! Andy gave me a comprehensive introduction to my new car, answering all my questions and making sure I was totally comfortable before I drove out of the dealership. All the staff at Vancouver Volkswagen were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business there.

Not only were they able to make the numbers work for us but the entire process was fast, from negotiation to pickup, financing and insurance. The team did not pressure us and answered all of our questions, I would highly recommend connecting with them. There is a reason they are one of the top VW dealers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a car here years ago. Service centre is good. The sales department is staffed with a bunch of crooks. Had a terrible experience here. When we found a car we were interested in, they had us waiting to talk to the manager but I could see him in the back chatting with his colleagues and on his phone not working; I think they were playing mind games with us to seem like they were hashing out a deal for us. Beware of hidden fees; they tried to add different fees three different times totalling $1500. When I asked to have the third fee removed because it was not what I had agreed to pay a week before, the staff member had to call his manager. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing them and that the manager was angry and couldn’t believe he was being called on Saturday to deal with the matter. If you’re upset about dealing with customers on a Saturday, don’t open for sales on a Saturday. I love my car but will never come back to this dealership. I hadn’t posted this review years ago because they sent an email saying a survey would be sent to me about my experience buying a car. Never received the survey and other customers should be warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a previously owned car from Clarkdale years ago. The sales experience was good. They offered a warranty and financing. The service peeps have been good. I read that the management/ownership has changed. Like the new look of the showroom. And like dealing with the same good peeps in the service department. *Dog-friendly* makes it an easy 5 star review ??
