★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service center is super disorganized and wasted a lot of my time. The pick up/drop off service isn't coordinated with the service dept, so they picked me up at the scheduled time but my car wasn't actually ready. I was told it would be 5-10 mins. It turned out that while finishing up the repair, the mechanic broke something. He needed a part, and was waiting for it to come from the warehouse. No one updated me about how long it would be until I went to ask about an hour later. They needed another hour. On another occasion I was called and told the car was ready. I showed up 30 minutes later, and once again told to sit down for just a few minutes. I was never updated and ended up waiting an hour, apparently because the specific service coordinator who scheduled me was busy, and none of the other service coordinators (who were not busy) could print my invoice. I have no faith that the service techs doing the work are any better/more organized than the office staff. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took them 6 hours to diagnose my engine fault and was charged $277... When I refused to spend an additional $1300 for its correction, the salesman told me, "Take my advice and just get rid of it." Now full of stubborn pride, I visited my friend who is an apprentice mechanic and challenged him to see how fast he could do diagnose it with no prior knowledge to what's wrong. Timer and all, it took him 8 minutes. I paid -full price- for all the parts which was 10x less than this dealership quote, and I was driving 30 minutes later.
Take my advice, don't go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place for VW service I’ve been to! The staff is always quick to greet and it’s always a pleasant experience. Chris Lacusta is the best service advisor I’ve ever had. I can always trust him to get me the best deal and be honest with my VWs needs. He is quick to respond to my calls and emails, and I learn something new about my VW every time I go in. He is very professional and kind and I trust him with my VWs life!

He’s very knowledgeable and honestly recommends what my vehicle needs and not just selling me a service. I trust Clarkdale and know they put their Customers first. A special shout out to Jens as well for his kindness in taking care of my request for a complementary rental car during my oil change. Thank you Team Clarkdale!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased our 2015 Golf at Clarkdale and they have been servicing it ever since. Service is friendly and top notch. Always try to accommodate requests, work is completed on time, and the car is spotless when we pick it up. Chris Lacusta and his colleagues have always looked after us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really great place if you wanna have your car at the shop for 8 hours for the smallest job. they need 2 hours to verify that your warranty will cover the procedure. it's weird, since the car was purchased brand new and only serviced at clarkdale with 1 owner. but who could possibly know if the warranty will cover it? that's after the car sits for an hour before they actually start to even look at it. luckily they don't offer a shuttle service or taxi reimbursal. another customer off to OpenRoadVW
