★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re the best mechanics. My problems were my flat tire but the 2 front tires need to be replaced. Steward tried to order the parts today and we have 3 minutes deadline but somehow Steward made it happened. They spotted small thing that wrong with my valve stem. It’s could cost me more problems later on. They changed my 2 front tires with professionalism. Steward is the best person to talk to about all my current and future concerns and he gave an honest suggestions. They’re suppose to close their shop around 4-5 pm but they didn’t . They help to finished fixing my tires until 7 pm. Thank you guys for your professionalism and hard work. Special thanks to Steward who give me so much answers and suggestions. My car need a break job. Absolutely, I’m going back to them. Thank you so much. You’re the best in town. Miracle on Main St at “Kattegat Automotive Services”. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He didn't fix the rattling bushing in the rear of my Mazda 5 - instead he decided to fix something in the front (without consulting me first) and bill me. I went home with same rattle in the back that i came in with. He was rude and passive aggressive about the whole thing. Super lame experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car broke down and needed to get it towed to a mechanic shop to get it diagnosed and fixed. Found Kartek online. Spoke to Stewart on the phone and was told that they were able to accommodate. Was expecting to be without a car for days but Stewart and the team managed to diagnose, order the parts and fix the issue all in 1 day! Very impressed on their service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Vancouver for a short visit and to give my car to my son and his partner. I knew there was a crack in the boot of the right passenger side axle and that it needed to be fixed. This garage was across the street from where my son works. I walked in there, asked the owner if he could give me a quote to fix it. Within a few hours I had a quote and a couple of days later my car was fixed! Very good work and very professional!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stewart and his mechanic team do excellent work. We have a 2005 Honda Accord and 2012 Chevy Equinox and he has addressed all maintenance needs within a week or scheduled us in when they are busy - no longer than 2 weeks.
Very personable, fairly priced and informative. Very helpful to repeatedly diagnose a check engine light with no charge, and have done repairs to keep our vehicles running smoothely.
When our battery died we were able to have our car towed to his shop in the evening and have the battery replaced within 2 days.
We fully trust Kartek's workmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to have your car repaired. This was my first visit to Kartek. Stewart took the time to explain the issues I was having with my car. He was able to perform the necessary repairs in a timely manner. I thought his fees were very reasonable as well.
