★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the two guys at Tokyo are miracle workers! I took my Astro work van in for an occasional miss fire, that has been with me forever. It seemed that no one could fix it--- I got my van back the next day & it was FIXED!!
Now my van drives like new and I have had bigger lunch bills than what was reasonably charged.....Chris

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought our unit in for Repairs. Repairs were completed quickly. Cost estimate was reasonable. The actual invoice was reduced because repairs took less time than estimate. Then a week later the new wheel bearing failed. We brought it back not knowing what the issue was. We were informed it was the wheel bearing. It was replaced, quickly, and free of charge. I am an entrepreneur with more than >100 vehicles. Along with having >100 units comes an extensive amount of experience with repair and maintenance parts/service providers. This situation described above is exceedingly rare. In business it is most often those that stand up and are honorable that succeed , well done Vichelle. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly the best and most honest mechanic I've ever used. The owner spent a ton of time with me helping explain the pros and cons of a used car I was having inspected. He went above and beyond, and had now been my reliable mechanic across two vehicles for 5 years. He's very clear to explain what is needed and why, and also to explain to non-experts what repairs are urgent v. necessary v. optional. Great price, too. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
