Craftsman Collision

I found everyone at Main Street Craftsman Collision to be very friendly and professional and my car looked great after they fixed it. They even buffed out scratches not related to the accident!

I called and emailed as I was asked but didnt hear back. So I called again and the next person was very helpful. Got my car in for an estimate within a 10 days.

I had a great experience with Craftsman on Main. I took my Fiat in with front end damage and it came back spotless - they manage ICBC completely and with such a friendly attitude. Every single person I met their went out of their way to greet me with a smile and meet my needs. They even painted out an older scratch for free - and made a last minute adjustment that I requested when picking my car up. I'll def use them again if I have any other needs...which I hopefully won't! :)

Overall, pretty disappointed. In terms of the service I received from Craftsman Collision, I'm surprised by how bad this went for a number of reasons. It was my first choice for repairs because they had done a good job on my SUV about 10 years ago when someone rear-ended me. I recalled every point of the service was professional, well-communicated, and customer-oriented. Not this time! On my recent experience I believe that they actually caused additional scratches during the process of repairing my car. The car was left with a number of things I now have to deal with. The scratches I mentioned above are the most concerning. They also left writing in bright yellow gel marker on the windshield. They left paperwork taped onto the interior of the windshield (that I had to remove with goo gone). Then, the interior door panel and driver's seat were left completely filthy afterwards; there was fluid spatter, residue, dust, and particles all over the interior from the work they did. It was everywhere. Lastly, I do not believe that COVID protocol was followed. As far as I can tell, there was no effort made to clean or sanitize after repairs were completed. The young man who returned my car was not wearing a mask while inside my car, nor did he wipe down the soft/hard surfaces or keys he had touched without gloves when delivering back into my possession. The sales/assessment staff all sanitized and masked during the consultation, but I was more concerned about the carelessness of the folks who were inside my car, especially since I was charged for a line item that specifically referred to COVID sanitization. The icing on the cake was that I was asked if I wanted them to wash the car prior to getting it back. To my surprise, the man gave me the keys and took out a giant hard-bristle brush, then proceeded to scrub it down right in front of me. The result scratched and swirled the paint on other areas of the car as he attempted to clean it. It was surreal that a business who deals with paint on a daily basis was this careless with exterior cleaning. Based on this interaction I will not return to Craftsman and they have not responded to the feedback I provided in their follow-up survey.

Went to this location for a BCAA claim for a new rear bumper. Had to take the car in three times. Each time there was a new scratch on the bumper. On the second visit they wet sanded the bumper instead of repainting it like they previously promised. Customer service was ok but their quality control was very poor. If you’re getting your car repainted BEWARE. They also specialized in cancelling/moving appointments at a day’s notice. I will never use craftsman collision again.

Great staff professional and on time. They did a great job on my Raptor But next time 30 min details of the car should be better than just a water pressure wash ;)

In Dec 2021, my car was involved in a collision. I searched on the ICBC accredited places and came upon craftsman to work on my ford. However, I saw one bad review about them leaving a car dirty after it was returned and was quite hesitant on coming in and my other place that I was hoping to go to had a long queue for repairs. So I took the plunge and went with craftsman collision (Main Street) and when my car was returned, I was IMPRESSED. They provided me with top notch service and the interior came in cleaner than when I brought it in; I did not expect this because it was only supposed to be exterior work done to my vehicle. I have to give props to Catie for making this experience great! Fast forward a few months later, there was a hit and run on my car; without hesitation I decided to go back to craftsman collision (Main Street) because I had such a great experience the first time. Jake and Sam are very knowledgeable and I have only good things to say about them. They also managed to provide me with a taxi ride back home after dropping my vehicle off and another taxi ride coming to pick up my car (private repair; not through ICBC). I would recommend them (10/10) to anyone that needs auto body repairs! P.S - if HQ is reading this, they deserve raises for representing craftsman collision the way they do!

I was ecstatic when I got my car back from Craftsman Collision! It looked better than new! Very professional and fast turnaround. I would definitely recommend.( posting for a friend Leila with a Toyota Camry)
