★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't replace tire so they put on my spare for me. Still charged me $50. You think for a returning customer they could have done that free of charge? If I had known I would have put my spare on myself. This place is constantly trying to nickel and dime you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into get my car breaks examined after the dealership quoted me $2000 for new breaks. They ran a diagnostics on the brakes and they don’t need to be replaced as of yet. Saved me the money and will go back when I do need them replaced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last week for annual checkup. Despite the contactless process, I found it not hard to communicate with people there by phone. I dropped the car off in the late morning. Antonio called me around noon to let me know the condition of the car and the cost of the potential services. Then I got a message in the early afternoon saying I can pick up the car.
I’m not a car person. But I do find my car so much smoother to drive after the service, and my friends confirmed that the price was fair. I think I’ll continue to go there for my regular car maintenances in the future.

It was immediately apparent you are driven by the pleasure of helping people in an honest and transparent way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going there for years for all my oil, brakes, exhaust work. I trust them and recommend them. They fixed a brake issue that 2 previous shops couldn't. Convenient to drop off early in the morning and take the near-by skytrain to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed help getting a bike rack off my vehicle— stripped bolt. Antonio was helpful, friendly and accommodating with getting me in right away. Brian got out the torch and took care of things within two minutes! Other places hadn’t been able to get it done. These guys we’re great!

I can in on a Sunday when they weren't even open, my car barely able to make it into the lot, and the owner of the Midas helped me with my car. 2 year later I go back to this Midas, and I got such good customer service from everyone. Everyone was extremely helpful and their prices are very reasonable. Strongly recommend this Midas location on Main to anyone needing car maintenance.
