โ โ โ โ โ The best! Ryan here took really good care of me. Under normal circumstances I would have needed a brand new windshield. Which was going to cost me 1400 due to my high deductible, But not only Ryan was able to salvage my windshield he didnโt even charge me. Theyโve earned all my future business.

โ โ โ โ โ Best service I have encountered in an auto body shop. Mark called/texted me a several times to keep me updated on the status of my car. Covid was supposed to make everything harder and I was expecting to have to wait for a long time to get my car repaired since there were ongoing issues with shipping / car parts being available. So happy to get everything fixed within a short period of time.
No.1 collision and Automind cannot even compare.

โ โ โ โ โ A fender bender can be stressful, but Kirmac took care of the car, made really excellent repairs and even had it ready sooner than expected. Ryan was very knowledgable and helpful and kept me up to date. Much appreciated and I would recommend them when you're in that stressful situation yourself.

โ โ โ โ โ I was very happy with the customer service that I received from Kirmac Collision & Autoglass off Main Street. They were professional and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the period it was under repair. I was always able to get a response from Kirmac regarding my car by phone or email. I got to check out my vehicle while it was undergoing body repairs at the shop and after all exterior repairs had been completed. Even special requests such as viewing the alignment of head lights were kindly accommodated for. Specialists were retained for specific repair parts such as wheel rims and the wiring harness, and they did an excellent job. The only room for improvement is that it took about 6 weeks for the wiring harness to be received & installed by Audi, but that was not Kirmac's fault. Big thanks to Cory Bell and the Kirmac team for doing such a great job! :D

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent experience all around! Great communication, Eric clearly cared, and the car looked like new when finished! In fact, the car had some tree residue that wasnโt coming off at the car wash, but they went the extra mile and cleaned it like new, inside and out. Thanks Kirmac!

โ โ โ โ โ Brought my car in as the rearview mirror had fallen off from my windshield, dangling by the wires.
Eric had me quickly drop by so that one of the mechanics could have a look at it. He let me know that it was a simple fix but would take 24hrs for the glue to set. Booked me in for an appointment and everything was done in a snap.
Service was quick, clear and wonderful over all.

โ โ โ โ โ I was in an accident the night before and the trunk wouldn't open, they spent an hour using tools to open my trunk and replace my spare tire. They did not charge me anything, that's the kind of service that is good for the customer. This is the first place I will think of if I have any problems with my vehicle afterwards.

โ โ โ โ โ Had my 2019 Chevy Silverado in for body damage repair and painting. Kirmac has a reputation for good, quality workmanship. It is in fact, outstanding! The repair is immaculate.
The level of customer service I received from Dennis was absolutely top notch. He kept me updated on progress and even went above and beyond when there was a delay in repair, to keep me happy.
