I got my window smashed a couple of weeks ago and instantly went to several different places to get quoted. Grandcity gave the best price, offered the best service, and amazing workmanship. Jonny was great to deal with and the front staff ladies were super helpful. All around great experience. I would highly recommend them. Also, Jonny and his team went above and beyond when I initially inquiring about my quote by being the only company that offered to clean up all the broken glass in my car.

He gave very honest and realistic recommendations for my car's body job, and he promised to try his best to negotiate good part prices for me. There was minimal sales pressure in the whole appraisal process and he gave me different options in approaching my car repair. Overall, the experience at Grandcity was good. The only downside was the quoted prices were very expensive and not competitive enough to secure my business.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by my Porsche awaiting my inspection. This was the first time in a long time that I have been absolutely delighted with a job well done. I do not hesitate for one moment to give this company and its employees my utmost highest level of approval. Leave your car in their hands and come back knowing your vehicle will be as good as new !!! Maybe even better than new. I'm adding to this to my posting a little more than a month after I originally posted . Just to let you all know what kind of personal service Grandcity Autobody is capable of delivering. Try this on for size !!! A very minor part was overlooked when they first repaired my car. So they came to my home on a weekend to fix it. In it self not such a big gesture except I live five & a half hours away. NOW THATS SERVICE !!!! Thanks again to Grandcity Autobody

They are professional, super friendly, pay attention to details and have excellent service! Their quality of work is top notch, and their courtesy cars are always new and clean!
