★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally not recommending this management. We got two managers from this complex. One retired which was the so arrogant, sarcastic person. The new manager replaced him, I guess he also inherited his character. We send emails and do not answer. Called us but give us unreasonable answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company provides beyond awful services and is terribly under-staffed. I was surprised to find there a certain senior property manager who thinks it is ok to give his clients attitude. This so-called manager was unacceptably disrespectful and lacked the level of professionalism required to work in any service industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't hire this management company to assist with your strata if you held a gun to my head. They never returned calls, they are extremely disorganized, they were constantly in breach of contract. Hiring this company is a sure way to drive yourself and your strata crazy. They mismanaged the property I live in for over 10 years and the resulting problems we have to deal with now are huge. STAY AWAY.

Patrick is a terrible employee!! One of the most UNPROFESSIONAL individuals I have ever dealt with. Stay far away from him and this company!

They hire staff that “clean”stainless steel elevator doors with wire wool, and climb into garbage dumperstes to take items home. Do yourself a favour and run the other way if someone suggest using them to maintain a apt complex, and read other negative reviews about these guys!
They destroy instead of maintain!!! Run ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this employer no stars I would. They treat there employees horrible dont pay over time. Threaten you when no one gets approved to lease. Because you didn't lease any. They wait last minute to have u schedule cleanings for move outs. Dont rent or work for the wack company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! Do not hire them. I am getting lawyers involved now. You can not bully hard working, loyal people who pay to live somewhere. When there is a problem they will HARASS HARASS HARASS but when you have a minor problem, like broken pipes, leaking undergrounds, they HANG UP ON YOU! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I worry about the elderly, as I am young a fit. I'm sure they give even WORSE service to handicapt people, elderly people, etc. Will update this shortly as to the outcome. STAY FAR AWAY! Patrick Szeto is probably one of the most rudest, unprofessional "managers" I have ever met. The only thing he manages is harassing people for money and not fixing REAL issues with respect to security and keeping the safety of his customers. He will hang up on you and fine you. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
