I have owned a condo for the past 10 years and Quay Pacfic have been the property management company the entire time. They are extremely prompt when issues arise and also have a deep contractors list to source both great workmanship and cost ! They have great common sense and come across as such,I would not hesitate to recommend them to any organization looking for property management.

A friend lives in an apartment in Richmond managed by this company and their mail has gone missing many times. I hope you can sort this out for the residents. Also, I've heard about the matter of someone breaking and stealing these parcels which is really worrying. This is a safety hazard. Please do sort this out ASAP. I won't be using or recommending this company until these issues have been resolved.

I am a resident of a building in Richmond managed by this company. Since January 2022 I have had repeated problems with my mail being stolen from a locked mailbox compartment in the building and made numerous complaints to Mr. Kumar. I have also contacted building management and never heard back. This is unextremely unprofessional and places all the residents in extreme safety risk because I believe we are experiencing frequent break-ins in the middle of the night where someone enters the building and takes our mail. Multiple residents have had mail stolen from the building and nothing is being done. I have filed two theft reports with the police but the building management is not responding to my request that hand over lobby camera footage to the Richmond RCMP and Canada Post to assist in their investigation.

My experience with Eric from Quay Pacific has been wonderful. I'm new to strata and he has been extremely helpful. He is very responsive, communicative, and has taken time to answer all my questions. He regularly checks-in and follows-up, and when we have an urgent situation in the building, Eric has dropped everything and worked with us to fix the issue. He's been all around great to work with!

A good friend of mine has described their experiences while residing on property held by this managing firm and I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt I would never do business with them from the shady ways they've dealt (or really, never deal) with problems on their properties. Zero care for their residents' property, refusing to cooperate with police on the most basic level, not addressing safety concerns from both consistent and multiple break-ins and continuously contributing to identity theft and danger to the people who pay them to prevent it from happening with their idling, uncaring attitude. If management not only flat out to my face refused to do anything about this but also failed to even share security footage with the authorities like they seem to be doing, I'd definitely start believing they had some connection to the problems to begin with. Don't trust this company, don't sign anything with this company, their contracts and tenancy law are toilet paper to them at this point, so expect them to treat you just like what they are using it to wipe off. -5/5 if I could.

As a Council member in a smaller condo building, dealing with strata business can be challenging without supportive Strata Agents who in turn are supported by their companies. We now have that with Quay Pacific personified by Eric and Susan. Our management is handled in an efficient, timely, professional and proactive manner. This is a joint review from Donna Harlos and me. Eric Chan is our Strata Manager. We were very impressed with the way that he handled our recent General Meetings when unexpected incidents happened. When an unexpected situation arose, he immediately referred to the relevant sections of the Strata Property Act and gave his advice as to what to do at the meeting and how to seek clarification afterwards. When there was unreasonable and continuous interruption from an owner, he did his best to answer questions and explained the protocols. Although it was nearly necessary to remove this owner from the meeting, he handled the situation professionally with grace.
