★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most garbage strata company in Vancouver. They screwed up the budget in a new building and did some underhanded things with the first strata council that did permanent, financial damage to both the building and its owners.
AVOID!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never dealt with such incompetent property managers. Bedbugs are rampant in the Atira building I lived in, and emails and calls requesting to have units treated are not answered for weeks, or are never answered at all. Tenant manager is rude and unhelpful, and on more than one occasion tried to charge us for things in direct opposition to the laws outlined in the BC Residential Tenancy act.
Edit: I lived in the Olivia Skye building for 1 year - the fact they can’t find the record speaks to their incompetence.

Unfortunately they are hardly character. They don't keep their word.
After dealing with manager Annarita, looking at the apartment and sending the documents, she simply rented the apartment to someone else without even giving me a return. I was waiting to rent the apartment and she just broke the word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this people they have looked at my situation and given me the chance that probably almost all other companies would have closed the door at my application. Atira gave me a job and at this moment are helping me to aquire proper housing so that I can better my situation and myself. I am grateful for Atira Property Management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The day I was moving was the day the Mgr was fired by ?? so he decided to screw me over by refusing the elevator key for the movers. WTH? How childish of a grown man! Poor movers had to use the stairs for 4 stories that took 3 extra labor hrs. I showed docs of confirmation yet Atira never apologized to me! The Atira receptionist told my movers this Mgr was abusive to all the employees. I'm surprised Atira is still operating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They interpret the Act as best to suit them, they utilize Appendix B of their contract as much as possible so that their profit generating is as high as possible, for Atira. Be sure to know Appendix B inside and out as the property managers will often claim they know nothing of the charges, John Fowler had not read the contract.
