So far, the management has been extremely responsive in working through a number of issues that we have needed to rectify from a previous Strata Management Company. Based on the service we have received to date, I would recommend them to other Stratas in Vancouver.

The Property manager was difficult to reach and provide no flexibility for any property issues. The staff was not friendly and did not provide decent services to property owners and realtors. My client has decided to sell her property because of the bad experience working with this property company. The manager and staff responsible for 4888 Hazel avenue are the key contributors of all those negative comments. I would try to avoid buying any properties managed by this company.
