May as well have used my pervious appraisal from 5yrs prior and saved $6,000
I highly recommend using another agency before you get taken for your cash and getting a number taken form thin air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People please do yourself a favor by taking your business elsewhere. Terrible management at all. We politely called 9AM to address the concern in our office building, follow up at 5PM but no action that has been done. After a week, called the Property manager/administrator but never heard form them. They are great in raising the monthly management fee but the service rendered is not worthy at all.

When you sign an agreement with tenants, you have abide by it. Both tenant and property management is binded legally. No "ifs buts or ands".
Why does Colliers take out rent through PAP on the day other than the agreed upon date??!!
Not once but SIX times!!
Then to add insult to injury, makes the tenant pay for the NSF from the bank (*the bank said on each and every time it happened that the one responsible for the NSF is not the tenant but Colliers).
It is unprofessional and bad business practice for Colliers to do that.
Does Colliers think it is "high and almighty"?!
