They helped answer all my questions and made sure the apartment looked great! Special thanks for Rani Bains for being accommodating and helping provide all of the information I needed.

Evidently, this company "updated" some of their suites in my building into "three bedrooms", which consisted of two bedrooms and a tiny den with improperly installed drywall throughout the suite that left large bulges in all of our walls by the time we left. The updates were an obvious excuse to charge a much higher rate per month, and done quickly to get more money from the next tenants. Repairs took ages or were done improperly most times. Would not recommend renting from buildings they manage.
P	Pedro Schnorr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. They have no respect for contracts and agreements and will kick you out as soon as someone willing to pay more shows up. Clearly their only goal is to fill up the landlords’ pockets at the expense of literally everything else. I’d strongly advise against renting any property managed by this company. One manager specially, Victoria Coelho is extremely rude, hard to reach and shows no interest at all in fixing problems caused by their own company. Saying that their service is underwhelming is a massive understatement. Unfortunately 1 star is the minimum here, wish I could give a big ol’ 0.

She showed us the unit multiple times before we decided to rent the place, and answered all the questions we had about the process. The contact with Martello was also great. The Property Administrator - Victoria Coelho - was also super thoughtful, and would reply to our e-mails almost instantly.

There are multiple instances where Rani helped me a lot. When I moved in, my shower was not working properly. Rani made sure that my shower gets repaired by end of the day. Apart from being professional in her work, Rani also looks after their tenants and make sure that they're well settled, especially being new to city. Victoria ensures that all the communication related to building (notice/ memo) gets to the tenants on time. As far as I can tell, Martello management has one of the best employees and they know how to help and support tenants for any of their needs.
E	Ellen McGuinness on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved into one of the newer apartment suites by the Martello group in a building on 95 East 14th at the start of October 2021 with my boyfriend. We feel really lucky to have found the unit - it’s newly renovated with all new appliances and the location is great! We have been dealing with Rani and Victoria as the property managers and they both could not be more helpful! Rani in particular goes above and beyond, she is always so incredibly helpful. We see her often around the building and we always have lovely conversations with her - she genuinely cares and wants to make sure we are doing okay. We’ve had no issues since moving into the building, but whenever we have had questions - Rani replies straight away or calls us to make sure we’ve gotten sorted - she is amazing!! I would highly recommend renting with the Martello group as having Rani and Victoria as the property we have had no issues and have received great service as tenants renting in the building!! Very grateful for Rani always being so accommodating and welcoming to us.
S	S R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a reliable and pleasant experience with Rani, and Martello by proxy, thus far. Having been in my unit for 5 months to date, I've had my concerns addressed promptly and with little to no push-back. Rani has been a wonderful building manager. She is readily available when I need her, she's sure to follow up on any concerns that may arise, and she has always been quick to resolve any fixes or issues I've experienced. Additionally she's just a nice person, which is always a wonderful trait to see when you have to trust someone to manage your place of residence. I'd also like to add that I've been in communication with Victoria a great deal as of late, and she's always prompt to respond to my emails and answer any questions I might have. I give 4 stars only because I haven't been here particularly long, but I suspect that will change to a solid five if things continue as they have been.
