They are very knowledgeable with their craft, and Dr. Sam Epstein my my Wonderful, I am still in awe of his conduct and impeccable service.

She booked me in for an exam with Dr Epstein, who was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. He even asked me to check back in a couple of days later to monitor my condition's progress. Absolutely recommend these guys!

I can wholeheartedly say: he's the best!! He is friendly, polite, precise, kind, and on-time! Also, the pre-testing (performed by opticians) is thorough and efficient.

The office staff were very efficient and friendly, I was very impressed with their professionalism, and helpful manner. I highly recommend the Dr. and staff, I was very impressed with the safety precautions they have implemented to keep their patients safe during these difficult times.

He also made the time to go over things with me no one ever has before. The assistants took great care in helping me select my new pairs of glasses and I'm extremely pleased with them, both in quality and style. I had to special order the glasses I wanted, but they arrived within the estimated timeframe they gave me and were well worth the wait.
C	Chantelle McNabb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After everywhere being closed for Easter weekend my husband has been trying to find someone to do a quick eye exam as he has had Iritis in the past, which can lead to serious problems including vision loss and even blindness. The staff here were very rude and unable to even look into accommodating him on an urgent basis. Even though they acknowledged they knew what Iritis was all they could say was go to the hospital. Would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

Very recommended on that side and i would give 5stars. But what made me give a 1 star is the billing part. A true cash grab. Be aware. Please take my advice seriously: please clarify things twice with the front desk representative "Zari". Make sure you double check twice prior of proceeding. Didn't expect my eye test to be $135 ... my benefit plan only covered for 75$. Initially i walked in there to inquire about the eye test. I was told they don't do direct billing. I left. They called me back and they said upon checking with the head office ... Yes we do direct billing. They asked about my benefits plan provider. And they said: oh yeah we will do direct billing and they will cover for it. I was not told the price of cost of the eye test. I was told that your plan will cover it. But after i did my test .. i was surprise by Zari asking me to pay a balance of 60$. I was in shock. I felt the cash grab feeling .... ! I told Zari that i was not told .. and she said: oh we probably didnt because you were in a rush last time when you stopped by. I didn't wanna argue! I paid 60$ but definitely made sure to never ever buy a thing here "i'm writing this review by the way while i am still here". I was planning to buy contact lenses and glasses and sunglasses. But after i was screwed for 60$. They won't get an extra penny from me. I will make sure to have this same review on google and other sites. Please avoid this please .. and don’t fall for it.
