★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best store in all of Vancouver to get the most amazing sun glasses as well as a top tier customer service. The frame had cracked on my sun glasses and they gave me a brand new pair at no cost and were amazing from start to finish. I highly recommend shopping here if you want a very nice pair of sun glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is classy and carries some very high end frames;not your average glasses store.I went in to look at frames and immediately saw a pair of glasses in the case I really liked.Staff was friendly and gave me space to look around then when I pointed out the glasses I liked they suggested a few other frames to try as well. Glasses picked, I was professionally measured for progressive lenses,paid and went home. Within a week I was back in and the glasses fit perfectly, the lenses were amazing, and both guys at the store were great to deal with. I was given an extra case and two bottles of glass cleaner for free and left the store a happy customer who will be returning shortly to purchase a second pair from them. I am a business owner and I definitely recommend Eyes on Burrard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon recommendation of my hairdresser, I went to Eyes on Burrard to select new glasses including a pair of sunglasses. This was a great recommendation! Not only does the store offer a great selection of frames but they are reasonably priced. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and provide top notch customer service! A special thanks to Bill and Cathy - both provided me with this top notch service! I am very pleased and extremely satisfied with my new purchases (I left the store assured that I had that the best frames suited for me). Highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really awful customer service experience with Dr. Nasser. She wrote me an inaccurate prescription three times then provided me with no resolution Just a plain apology which in my opinion was insincere. Then on top of that the owner of the shop (I believe a Persian man) tried to oversell me a $1500 pair of glasses. These people are only about MONEY. I don’t recommend Eyes on Burrard unless you’re looking to get ripped off. These people simple do not care about your eyesight or your wallet. There are much much better eye wear stores out there to go to.
Ps. I have not used my actual name to write this review... yes it was at this location. I have every right to write a review based on my experience without you trying to discredit me.

I thought i needed to buy a new pair of spectacles over a basketball damaging the frames and Ray really worked his magic and covered the lenses with Warrenty. Im very pleased with there service and making my frames new again made my day big time!! I've been a customer for a long time and will continue to keep buying all the new styles From Eyes on Burrard hand downs best place in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the market for prescription sunglasses and checked out a number of eyeglass places in the area. I was impressed with the selection offered and so I engaged the customer service representative. I was immediately provided great service from the lady (Annie) who helped me. She really took the time to help me find a pair that was not only nice, but that fit me correctly- I think I must have tried about 15 pairs. She was kind, knowledgeable, and honest about what fit and suited me. It was a perfect customer service experience.
I have since gone back twice. The first time was because I noticed the arm was becoming a bit loose. Upon closer inspection I noticed a screw had fallen out. I brought this (and my receipt) to the store and they were able to order a replacement screw and fix them in a timely manner.
After wearing the glasses most of the summer I could feel the glasses not sitting as well as they did when they were new. I recently brought them into the store and the gentleman there was able to adjust them on the spot. He was meticulous to ensure they sat right and that the adjustments were balanced on both sides. Again, I left a happy customer. It was great to have a consistent customer service experience from browsing, through to after-purchase support. Next time I'm in the market for another pair of glasses I'll go right to Eyes on Burrard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a wonderful experience today at Eyes on Burrard! I needed to have glasses repaired rather urgently & the receptionist said that I could stop by without an appointment. When I reached the shop & they said they could have them ready within 15-20 minutes. The staff were incredibly kind and did a wonderful job repairing the glasses. When I inquired about what I owed they wouldn't take payment for the repair; I was so surprised. I wear glasses full-time and this is the best service I have ever received. It's evident that this company cares about it's customers and I definitely will be returning in the future. My sincerest thanks to the Team at Eyes on Burrard for making my day. :)

Been to three eye glass stores on Robson looking for Oakley replacement nose pads. Only place that had them was “Eyes”.
Service was top notch right from when I entered the store til I left. Keep us the great work. ??
