I am lost for words, the management here is absolutely terrible. Employees are enforced to lie to PAYING CUSTOMERS. What part of business school teaches you to lie and deny product to loyal customers who continue to support your company?
It’s apparent i’m not the only one who has continually had bad experiences at this store.
I have been buying shoes from Footlocker for over 5 years and I know the other locations are not like this. I’m not sure who at corporate needs to see this but something must be done. The management at Footlocker Robson is quite apparently detrimental to Footlocker as a company.
(I have used a burner account to post this review due to the fact that I know the managers will see this and treat me even worse than they already do.)
If anyone from corporate Footlocker would like to contact me and discuss the experiences I have had in this store I would be more than happy to provide my real name and information to suffice this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff there is horrible, szee-won Lee released a pair of shoes iv been looking for, I entered the store 2 minutes after they released, every local “reseller” was there with a box in hand, me dirty fresh off of work and excited to finally get the shoe iv been wanting, was told they were completely sold out. Come to find out 2 days later that they released more…. I think this store needs new management, reading the reviews has made that apparent. 0/5 stars if I could give it that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife was successful here, but me, not so much. The men's shoe selection is pretty limited, and the sales attendants are possibly the pushiest I've encountered. Couldn't wait to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best FootLocker in the country! The staff here is AMAZING. Alfie is your man. He goes above and beyond for you. Everyone here is super friendly and always make my shopping experience pleasant. Do make sure to visit it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Managers are respectful. I’m a reseller and I can say Szee Won is actually very respectful. I know sometimes she won’t sell shoes to people because they are a reseller, but she also provides a good balance so resellers can hit good release product a lot if the time. Alfie / Drew / Mike are also very nice also and the associates are very helpful and engaging and whenever I’m wanting to buy or inquire about someone everyone is helpful. Everyone in the store knows who I am and used to hate me cause of the old district manager who would throw me under the bus constantly but I can say honestly I really respect everyone at this store and this store is very nice for the average consumer and very nice with 2 floors and an elevator for people. Appreciate the service at powerstore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to move the manager or fire her with the glasses she is super rude and thought my raffle win was fake (like I’m confused how could it be fake?) and made me feel targeted for some reason. other than that guy I think named Alfie or Alf he provides amazing customer service and very professional whenever I’ve been in there seeing if they have any dope new sneakers. Also I like the guy named Mike very friendly and greeted me when I entered the store. Would had given this 5 stars but that girl with glasses keeps me feeling rubbed the wrong way unfortunately, hopefully some day when I go in again her attitude will change. Otherwise cool and big store.

I do appreciate their friendly and engaging employees, such as Mike, Drew, Eli Eleni, but the way they do releases is not great. unless you get lucky, it's hard to get a drop here. good product selection and atmosphere though, likeable employees (for the most part)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I love most about this store is the manager Szee-Won Lee. Not only is she super nice and helpful but she also cares about real customers getting the shoe releases they want and preventing the resellers from buying them all up. What sucks is that those resellers are the ones who write the bad reviews about her on this page. The selection of shoes here is fantastic and the store is well laid out. The guy on the door was also very polite and helpful answering all my questions about the retro 1 marina blues I was after. Also huge bonus they were playing Tupac when I was there - the goat. Great store, manager and staff. Highly recommended.
