★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Went in to purchase some expensive shoes and was met with eye-rolls and a nasty, teenage attitude from the staff. The young staff working at this store are terrible. You can easily find similar shoe stores in Vancouver without the unprofessional and juvenile attitude. Give this place a miss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here went above and beyond to make us happy. We were very comfortable with our purchase. Since this is usually the case at any, Browns, location we have been to, I’m sure we will return. Thanks to the team in this particular location for making us feel well looked after even with a busy store. I could hear them providing the same level of expert customer service to other guests as well. 10s across the board :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife brought in a pair of winter boots that she purchased three months ago since a small tear (about 1/2 inch long) had developed along the seam near the top of the boot where the faux fur trim was attached. The Manager took a look and immediately said he was sorry about that and ordered a replacement pair from their warehouse (no charge). An hour later my wife rec’d a call to inform her that the shoes were sent over to the store from the warehouse and she could come in anytime to make the exchange. Now that is what I call Excellent Customer Service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice design and lots of selection but with the worst customer service. My friend and I were seeking for help to grab the sizes. However,there were two female staff standing in the middle just chilling and chatting while we got ignored. Another lady staff was with a customer and saw we need help, she quickly gave assisted in a friendly manner. We definitely appreciate for her assistant. To be honest, I rather go to other locations .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i had bought a pair of Michael Kors from Browns last year. i was wearing them downtown for a date ?and they started to break.. i went into Browns to get a new pair of shoes to wear and found a lovey pair..not really thinking to much about my broken pair i did show the sales girl..she disappeared ....? when she came back she told me that they would take my MK back and refund me as they shouldn't have broken after a year.. WOW..thank you so much Love you Browns..best customer service ever
