★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst Christan louboutin store i have ever been to !! First of all none of the employees acknowledge you when you walk in they stare at you and then continuing talking to the group of 3 or four of them. They act like you are poor and don't need to be helped . I have 20 pairs of louboutins and i have bought from this location several of times. No one in the store helped but personal shopper from nordstrom helped me and then they were shocked that i bought a pair. I bet none of the employees that work there own any louboutins and can't afford so i don't understand why they are so rude, thats why you make minimum wage !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unimpressed with the lack of knowledge the employees have here. And the dress code. Really? A tshirt jeans and open collared shirt? I had to ask him if he worked there even though he was behind counter. Have a had a couple great experiences but was very unimpressed today despite walking out with a brilliant pair of booties!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree the Christian Louboutin employees are sooo rude . You walk in they don't even smile or say hi. THREE employees in there 2 asian men and a white guy. I wanted to try on and buy a pair of shoes they looked at me then started their conversation again. WILL NOT EVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. The employees act like the own the store and think your too poor to buy a pair. At least i don't earn minimum wage like them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband bought me a purse for $1700. He meant it to match my shoes. But it didn't. We can all agree that is a lot to pay for the wrong item. I didn't use it. The box, bags and tags were all there. But the sales lady wouldn't return the item.
They were rude and unfriendly. My husband had to drive 45minutes because they wouldn't give the cash back to me. Only him. Why? I haven't a clue. And they had a security gaurd watching me the entire time I waited. Over an hour and a half.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I had a very important event and had ordered shoes from the Toronto Loubatin store. Somehow, UPS misplaced them and the shipment was delayed. I phoned a VANCOUVER store in the hopes that they could quickly ship me shoes to arrive on time. I was fortunate enough to have an outstanding employee, Aurelie help me. She took photos of a few different styles to help me choose, emailing me options and following up as soon as she shipped my shoes. They arrived less than 24 hours later, on time for my event. Aurelie even followed up AFTER my event to see how things went. I’ve never met her before but I will say, this was hands down THE best retail experience I’ve ever encountered. Aurelie takes professional sales associate to a whole new level! All my future purchases will be made at this location, with this sales associate. And by the way, the shoes were fabulous;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here looking for shoes for my wife but were quite disappointed as we did not find anything for her narrow feet with full length orthotics.
Couple of years ago we found good shoes for her. But not anymore, apparently because they don't carry too many of these types of shoes.
It is a good store and the people were very nice to us but no shoes though. Also, we found that they are now carrying a lot more of the inexpensive shoes.
That probably explains the situation.
