★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great sales staff here, employees know their products really well and always make the best suggestions. I’ve always dealt with Justin and/or Bal, both a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable! Not only that but they can cater to many different languages, language barrier isn’t a problem here! I’ve had movie stars I was chauffeuring that were from Los Angeles that wanted to stop in to the store and they rave about how good the customer service was; now anytime I’m driving them the first place they want to stop is Salvatore! A luxury store with great employees that’s worth a visit when you’re in the downtown Vancouver area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this store to find a new shoes for me, there was a Chinese woman came to help me find the size that I need but at that time the store did not have my size and I asked her :” Is it possible to order the shoes on online?” Then she answer me like yelling at my face “ NO, if you want I will order for you” I feel like she did not answer my question and I was feeling upset about her service. She did give me her number to contact when the size restock, but I will not come back again I feel the staffs do not respect their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store to find a Christmas gift for my dad and the service was very friendly. They found the size I needed and made it look nice and put a ribbon on it. Everything was very smooth and all the covid precautions were there. Overall great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We travelled from Edmonton to Vancouver and stopped by Ferragamo for shopping. It was awesome experience. Thank you Brad for assisting us. Your service was friendly and exceptional. Having knowledge about the products and making best suggestions is all about customer service. Most importantly assisting us with shipping our stuff to Edmonton so we don't have to carry it with us on the plane was thoughtful. Once again thank you very much Brad for providing us your time and service. Will surely come again whenever we visited Vancouver again.
