If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I went in to buy a Christmas present for a family member on December 7, and asked the sales associate if she had a specific necklace as I had already bought the matching bracelet and earrings earlier. The two sales associates laughed and stated that that necklace had been discontinued four years ago. The sales associate said she had been working there for the past four years and obviously knew more about what jewelry Swarovski was selling. I informed her that I had almost bought the necklace in October and that it had been available then. The sales associates laughed, rolled their eyes and treated my friend and I with the utmost disrespect and with an intense lack of professionalism and even said "idiots" as my friend and I walked out of the door. Imagine my surprise when I found the necklace I was looking for at Tsawassen Mills (however they refuse to sell the product to me because I need to buy it as a set- as if I have not already bought the matching earrings and bracelet). I am completely repulsed and shocked at the way I was treated in that store and Swarovski customer service in general.

I had one of my best customer service experiences at robson location. They have a friendly and patient employees. Especially, the employee named Niloofar helped me while I was struggling with finding a great gift for my friend. She helped me positively and with patience.

I bought a pair of earrings from them a few months ago. First of all, they offerred no exchange and return at any time. Secondly, one of the earrings fell apart in less than 5 months. I took it to the store, they refusedthe to repair it or send it for repair or anything. I would expect at least a paid repair if not free, but they just told me "we cannot do anything, sorry". Apparently, their model is just to sell and not support anything because they know their product is not gonna last long. I recommend this place only if you plan to wear the jewelry only once for an occasion.

I called to ask how to clean my Swarovski jewellery and I was told she had no idea. I said I have 2 different jewellery cleaners from Peoples she told me not to use either and wasn’t familiar with that product (which I understand because it’s from Peoples not Swarovski) I asked to speak to a manager she said she’s on vacation. I waited awkwardly for her to give me a suggestion as I had not had my question answered about how to clean the jewellery. I finally broke the silence and asked what should I do then? It wasn’t until then that she recommended me call another store. Heavy accent, hard to understand, and spoke to me like I should know this already. Newsflash: If someone is calling to ask means that they obviously don’t have the answer. You need should treat all customers with the same patience and kindness every time. No matter how long you worked there for or how many times a day you get asked the same question. Swarovski isn’t cheap. Also, don’t assume that customers know the same things the staff should. Staff are supposed to be the experts not us.

They need better customer service training and inventory knowledge. Went in the store to inquire about an online sale item and two sales associate kept showing me the wrong earrings and kept insisting it's the correct one. I asked her to check the item # to double check that it's the matching inventory online but she didn't want to cause she was positive it was the correct one even after I told her the earring online is showing a larger measurement than the one she was showing me. She finally checked the item number on the back of the earring and was surprised it's not the same item. I think she was the store manager. I asked her if she could help me check which other stores still have it and she told me Tsawwassen Mills had it. I told her it's too far for me to get there and if it's possible for me to purchase it and have it shipped to her store. She said no but she didn't seem sure about her answer.

It's strange seeing the reviews that say the sales girls at this store are really sweet. I had the opposite experience. The minute I got in I was met by a Russian sales associate who didn't lift a finger to assist me at all. I had to ask her for her help. Then she complied by donning a sour faced look while hovering over me like a hawk as I tried to browse. i guess she didn't think I was going to buy anything, and she couldn't wait to get rid of me, a potential customer Overall, not a great shopping experience at all.the

Came here to get my mom a birthday gift and asked the Persian girl if Swarovski had any sales at the time and rudely said β€œno, Swarovski never goes on sale!”. Um yeah it does! I just drove by and saw huge sale items :| I didn’t want to argue with her but it’s not like you own the company, why do you get so offended when I ask if there’s a sale at the time?! Does it come out of your pocket if I buy an item that’s been discounted? I had to buy something so I had to look around and eventually found a necklace but it’s just this whole retail experience that annoys me. Just because I don’t walk around with massive designer brands stamped on my forehead doesn’t mean I can’t afford Swarovski…it’s not even real gold! Ugh!

Nice store, staff are polite and help when they can (not all are experts). I've always gone in knowing generally what I'm looking for, so they are happy to answer questions and help me out. Generally speaking, the products they offer are all over the place in terms of price and style. Some quite elegant items that generally cost a fair amount, and then - good God - tacky pap running from <$100 to 5-figures. Takes all kinds, I guess.
