Great experience dealing with Charly, very down to earth and took the time to show me multiple watches. 10/10 recommend checking this boutique out. Hope to buy a watch from Charly very soon

Charlie and sharlynn have been honest and wonderful to work with. I have a deposit on a overseas blue which I am on a waitlist for. No BS, no buy this piece that you don't want so that you can get what you want. They let me know how many people are in front of me in the lineup and approx time of the year I should be receiving my watch. VC is a spectacular low volume producer of timepieces. For a watch company with such tradition and history, the staff were humble, inviting and really took the time to introduce their lineup to me. A real breath of fresh air in an industry plagued by disingenuous sales people and grey market hype.

I visited the store last month and as is the case with all boutiques this store also didn't had any blue overseas. Charly being a watch enthusiast himself saw the vacheron historique which i was wearing and was curious. He somehow arranged the watch for me(only to look at and try) the next day. Thanks Charly for all your help. Really appreciate it.

I had a fantastic experience at boutique where I was helped by Charly. He let me try on a couple of nice pieces as he helped me become more educated about the brand and the different watches in their lineup. This is what a boutique experience should be like! It's rare that you walk in a store where the people who work there share the same enthusiasm and passion you have for the watches. My experience here compared to the local privately owned VC authorized dealer was night and day.

I visited this store for the first time a few days ago while I was in town for a conference and the experience was excellent. As a watch enthusiast that owns various pieces ranging from Rolex to Casio, I wanted to see some timepieces from one of the holy trinity in person since they are difficult to come across in Canada. The associate Charly, was very polite and professional. Had a nice conversation about the history of the brand and watches in general. I even had the privilege of trying on a few pieces that I am interested in. I didn't walk out with a timepiece but I was gifted a beautiful catalogue. In the future when the time is right, I would gladly return here and purchase a timepiece from VC. Thanks again Charly for the wonderful experience.

Stopped by earlier this week to inquire about particular model and was blown away by how helpful Charly was despite having no inventory. He took his time to explain the process and even showed me a similar watch to see how it fits on the wrist. If I ever decide to purchase a VC, I can say with confidence it will be from Charly and his team.

Unfortunately my personal experience here was mediocre. The staff seemed to be young so I'm not sure if he's new. I've only read good things about the store (especially about a staff named Charly) but I wasn't able to get much info at all, let alone see anything. I was told that I can't see the Overseas and that they are all spoken for (I'm familiar with this process, as I have 2 Overseas on order from a different boutique). But typically, staff would be eager to try to show you something else, or maybe show a watch that's spoken for (no touching, just looking). But the staff was just quiet with no enthusiasm. Overall I was given very curt treatment, and I've had better in both Rolex and Patek Phillippe, where even though we usually buy from the London boutique, the staff at the Patek Philippe store in Vancouver (which is not a boutique) were very courteous and well trained. Also, I get the feeling the particular staff I spoke with in Vacheron Constantin wasn't a watch guy.
