Her professionalism, kindness, and talent is unmatched. She gave me a thorough consultation and took extra time to address every one of my hair concerns, from teaching me how to properly shampoo and care for my hair as well. She is very passionate, honest, and genuine. She made my first experience at Suki’s super memorable and smooth! I would highly recommend her.

Mai was great and she made sure to talk over and understand what I was looking for with my session. She was very lovely and gave me helpful tips on how best take care of my hair in the future. Mai had great attention to detail and was very caring and gentle with my hair. She gave me the best cut I’ve had In years and beautiful highlights that suited my lifestyle and would be easy to take care of. I can’t believe how amazing the colour turned out! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great cut or colour!

My hair was a disaster, even her colleagues was shocked from what she has done to my hair. Not even cares if you are happy with her work. She also sent me out of the salon with frizzy puffy hair, didn’t even bothered to style my hair which is necessary for her to show me the result. Waste of time and money. Poor my hair!!! I came back two days later to do a color correction with another colorist, he did his best but was not able to fix the MASTERPIECE of Wendy!!! It was my first visit to Suki’s and I am very upset (and angry) from what I have got. Will come back to my old colorist. This is how I came out of a hair salon: it was supposed to be a highlight!!!

They were attentive care to meet my needs, and provided appropriate recommendations. I loved the end result and had a wonderful experience! Jennifer is a blonding expert and I came in to fix my blond hair that had turned green from swimming in salt water/chlorine water! I came out thrilled by the results as she provided lightening service to get me back to a warm blonde and ensured even colour throughout! Mai was an exceptional stylist who is experienced in current hairstyling trends. She was swift, super knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I don't usually trust people to cut my hair but she made me feel very comfortable during the whole experience. I had a wonderful time from start to finish of my service!

I initially showed her pictures of what i was looking for and offered me low-maintenance and no-fuss alternatives to it, since what i was looking for was a bit more complex. She did an amazing job for the cut and was very patient and flexible for the toner/highlight. i am very happy with the result and Mai gave me recommendations for haircare products and hair color maintenance techniques. She always does a meticulous job with my hair and genuinely cares about its health. Mai doesn't simply see working on my hair as a one-time thing, but takes time to set long-term goals with me for where I want my hair to be. Did I want to go platinum blonde a few sessions back and did she advise against it? Yes. Would my hair have fried off and broken off before my wedding? Yes! I appreciate her honesty from her advice to how she's upfront with the costs of services. If you're looking for a long-term hairstylist, you need to go visit Mai.

Not only is the colour beautiful, but my hair feels healthy and shiny as well. Tess helped me decide some new products to use and gave me lots of hair tips to keep my hair healthy! I am thrilled with the outcome of my hair and will always be coming back for Tess!
