Richard did an amazing job on my colour, exactly what I wanted (blondes will know the struggle of finding a “good blonde” hairdresser...), and advised me well. The salon atmosphere is great, and very dog-friendly, always a bonus in my eyes! Price point was amazing, I have yet to find a Vancouver salon/hairdresser who offers such competitive prices for such quality service. All around, a sensational experience and can’t wait until my next appointment!

Tina at Duende did a remarkable job cutting my (short) hair considering the condition it is in and the problems (hair losses) I am having with it. I am ever so pleased with the cut. Before she even saw me for the first time, she spent a considerable amount of time emailing photos of possible suitable haircuts and suggestions what to do to improve the appearance of my hair. She really seemed to care. I'll certainly be going back to her.

My regular visits have always been and remain a great experience even in COVID era, I feel that the management and all stylists take health regulations seriously and go above and beyond the minimum recommended protocols to ensure business continuity. My stylist (Tina) always pays high attention to my hair condition, adjusts products selection/formula accordingly to my long-term hair care goals and provides valuable advises on maintenance. It is easy to coordinate appointments and make schedule changes. Overall, I am very happy with services provided and always get complimented on my hair color. Thank you Tina!

She uses organic products and my hair feels silky and smooth (a challenge for my greying tresses!) with a cut that looks great from day 1 until the next appointment (sometime 4 months later!). Needs improvement: styrofoam cups for water??!!? I know you can do better, Duende.
