β β β β β I can't say enough great things about Pino and the crew at Pacific Business Brokers. My wife and I, after 10 years, sold a medium sized yacht detailing company.
After hearing the horror stories of others who have sold businesses on their own, we decided the right way to go was to hire a professional. We are so glad we did.
Assessing the value of the business was very in depth and allowed Pino to get an accurate assessment of what our company was worth. At his presentation, he assessed us at about 3 times what we thought it was worth. I remember distinctly, looking at him and the number he had on the whiteboard and asking - "but what do you think we'll actually get?" He looked at me and then turned back to the board and pointed at the number.
Within a couple of months, the business sold for full price and with Pino's assistance, we were able to complete the transaction with no fuss.
We have another bigger business, and when the time comes to sell it, we won' t hesitate to call Pino and Pacific Business Brokers.
